<p>This role is responsible for leading and supporting HSE and Quality management across Milaha Offshore & Marine operations, ensuring that business management systems, HSE frameworks and quality standards are effectively implemented and maintained across operational sites. The position provides expert guidance to Project Managers and Business Unit leadership, drives compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and oversees risk management activities, audits, inspections, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. It also plays a key role in ensuring the safe execution of AIR/SAT Diving and ROV operations, including the development and review of HIRAs, HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, SWIFT, Bridging Documents, Emergency Response Plans and Safety Cases. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant HSE/Quality experience, preferably in offshore projects, with strong hands-on exposure to Diving and ROV operations. A 3-year degree or Associate Degree, Chartered IOSH membership or NEBOSH Diploma (NVQ Level 6 or higher), technical Diving/ROV qualifications, Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001/14001/45001, advanced Incident Investigation certification, and valid BOSIET/H2S OPITO are required.
