This role is responsible for driving the leasing and commercial utilization of our warehouse facilities by identifying business opportunities, securing new tenants, and building long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving occupancy, revenue, and business growth targets while supporting the company's commercial expansion.<br>Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to maximize warehouse occupancy and revenue.
