The Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Rooms Division Manager to oversee the daily operations of all rooms-related departments within the hotel. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the management in achieving operational and financial objectives across Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Wellness. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the Rooms Division of a hotel. Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping functions. Good understanding of revenue management principles is an advantage. Experience working with multicultural teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. This high-impact role places a primary emphasis on e-invoicing analytics and reporting, giving our organization and senior leadership critical visibility over invoice flows, onboarding progress, compliance indicators, and the broader operational performance of the e-invoicing ecosystem. As a subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and executive decision-making. You will design visual analytics tools, build sophisticated dashboards, and work hand-in-hand with our Data Science & ML teams to embed cutting-edge predictive insights and AI outputs into intuitive, decision-ready BI solutions. Key Responsibilities BI Solutions & Reporting Architecture: Design, build, and scale robust business intelligence solutions and reporting systems tailored to organizational needs. Drive the standardization of e-invoicing KPIs, compliance monitoring, and operational metrics. Advanced Dashboards & Visualizations: Develop and maintain visual analytics tools and user-friendly front-end components. Create high-impact dashboards that track live ecosystem data, including registration pipelines, onboarding velocities, invoice volumes, and processing success rates. Data Science Collaboration: Partner directly with the Data Science & ML Expert to ingest advanced analytical models and AI outputs into BI layers, transforming raw data into predictive trends regarding compliance behavior and operational performance. Executive & Ad-Hoc Reporting: Lead the generation of time-sensitive, ad-hoc analytical reports and dashboards to address critical management, policy, and regulatory inquiries. Ensure all on-demand outputs maintain strict alignment with verified data sources and approved ecosystem definitions. Stakeholder Guidance: Review all reporting presentation models for clarity, usability, and strategic alignment. Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external business stakeholders, maximizing their utilization and understanding of data tools. Qualifications & Experience Required Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Master’s degree in a related discipline is highly preferred. Relevant professional BI/Data certifications are considered a distinct advantage. Professional Experience:16+ years of progressive, relevant experience in business intelligence design, enterprise data analysis, or corporate reporting solutions. A proven track record of architecting comprehensive reporting systems and deploying high-utility dashboards for large-scale operations. Technical & Core Skills:Expertise in BI solution design, advanced data visualization techniques, and dashboard engineering.
