Project: Major Offshore Redevelopment Project<br><br>Location: Middle East / Offshore Qatar<br><br>Position Summary<br><br>The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of offshore installation engineering activities for the Bul Hanine Redevelopment Project and other Middle East offshore projects. The role provides technical leadership and operational oversight to ensure offshore construction and installation activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, company standards, and client expectations.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Offshore Installation Engineering & Project Execution<br><br>Lead the preparation, planning, and management of offshore installation activities throughout all project phases. Coordinate and supervise offshore construction activities to ensure safe and efficient project execution. Facilitate communication between engineering, construction, marine operations, procurement, and project management teams.<br><br>Offshore Operations Management<br><br>Monitor offshore construction progress and performance, ensuring activities are completed according to approved plans and schedules. Coordinate the allocation and utilization of offshore resources, including vessels, equipment, materials, and personnel. Support marine spread planning, vessel mobilization and demobilization, and offshore logistics management. Ensure effective resource planning and coordination to achieve project objectives and minimize operational risks.<br><br>Process Improvement & Knowledge Management<br><br>Continuously enhance organizational process assets relating to offshore engineering and construction management. Capture, document, and disseminate lessons learned and best practices from offshore installation projects. Contribute to the improvement of engineering procedures, work processes, and operational standards.<br><br>Project Support<br><br>Prepare technical reports, progress updates, installation execution documents, and project deliverables as required. Perform duties and special assignments delegated by the Project Manager. Support initiatives and activities assigned by the Offshore Operations Center.<br><br>Qualifications & Professional Requirements<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Offshore Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum of 10 years of experience in the offshore engineering and construction industry. <p>We re looking for a passionate, creative and results-driven Sr. Specialist Marcom to support the marketing strategy and growth campaign development for Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for planning & developing marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisitions and improve customer retention. Cross-check hand-over forms with updated data in the RCS (legal system) and approve cases for further action.<br><br>Cheque Classification and Management <br><br> Categorize cheques by type (post-dated, returned) and ensure alignment with related cheque advice. Prepare and maintain Excel sheets capturing key cheque information (amount, signatory, due date, and cheque number). Store original cheques in secure legal custody under designated folders.<br><br>Cheque Processing <br><br> Monitor and ensure timely posting of cheques within a two-day window, if applicable. Validate that returned cheque advice does not exceed 30-day validity based on customer default.<br><br>Case File Preparation <br><br> Compile physical case files and ensure full updates in RCS, including scanned copies of all supporting documentation. Upload relevant attachments in the RCS for internal recordkeeping.<br><br>Police Complaint Submission <br><br> Draft and submit formal complaints to the Police Department, ensuring all required documentation is attached (including CB’s request for binding the defendant). The role will be responsible for the HV primary substation scope apart from building electrical services, including review of design, review of contractor and vendor submissions, coordination with service lines and stakeholders, supervision of electrical works, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, utility authority requirements, and relevant international standards.</p><br><p>The HV Electrical Engineer will provide technical leadership for HV primary substation systems, including GIS/AIS switchgear, power transformers, HV cables, protection and control, SCADA/SAS, earthing, lightning protection, power system studies, and interfaces with the building electrical services.
