Review and validate financial statements and management reports before they reach clients. Hold monthly client meetings to discuss financial performance, surface risks, and identify growth opportunities. Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning, translating financial data into actionable business insight. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and support audit and documentation needs.<br>Qualifications3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally with some review or mentoring exposure. Strong technical accounting foundation: financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and period-end close. Ability to advise clients or management and translate financial data into business insight. Experience working with cloud-based ERP and automated finance workflows, plus advanced Excel and reporting/BI tools. Sound knowledge of accounting standards, and internal control and audit support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance business owners. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CMA) preferred.
