<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ol><li><p>Conduct safe and engaging swimming lessons for students of different age groups and skill levels.</p></li><li><p>Teach swimming techniques, water safety, and confidence in the water.</p></li><li><p>Supervise students at all times and enforce pool safety rules.</p></li><li><p>Assess student progress and maintain attendance and performance records.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the swimming pool and equipment are safe and ready for use.</p></li><li><p>Respond effectively to emergencies using First Aid and CPR skills.</p></li><li><p>Organize and support school swimming events and competitions.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with staff and communicate student progress with relevant stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Comply with school policies and health &amp; safety regulations.</p></li></ol></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ol><li><p>Recognized Swimming Instructor certification (e.g., <strong>ASCA</strong> or equivalent).</p></li><li><p>Valid <strong>First Aid, CPR</strong> certification.</p></li><li><p>Minimum <strong>2 years of experience</strong> as a Swimming Instructor; school experience preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety, and child supervision.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.</p></li><li><p>Patient, energetic, and passionate about teaching children.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural school environment.</p></li><li><p>Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.</p></li></ol><p></p></section>
