In Room Dining Assist Server assist the server to transports food orders and amenities including any special needs and/or requests to the guest in room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. It is part of your role and your responsibility to fully support all learning and development activities. Ensure that all standards of LQE, MOQA and Forbes are followed consistently. Plan the rosters of Spa Concierge and attendants strategically based on operation needs. Taking Spa reservations and attending to guest enquiries when necessary. Daily walkthroughs should be conducted to ensure that all SOPs and MOD tasks are addressed throughout the Spa & Wellness.<br><br>Customer Focus<br><br>Dealing with guest enquiries via phone, email and face to face. Ensure that all guest enquiries are taken care of within 12 hours. Read notes for every appointment and assure that no mistakes have been made. Also assure that appointments are in correct sequence. Maximize revenue by therapist availability. In the absence of Senior Director of Spa & Wellness, meet up with VIPs, journalists and invited guests. Organise internal and external mystery shoppers to help increase and stay consistent in terms of quality standards.<br><br>Colleague Relations<br><br>Conduct refresher trainings for Spa Concierge and Spa Attendants. Refresher trainings include departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Review of all SOP Checklists for all colleagues are in order and training hours are tracked. Update Training Matrix accordingly. Monthly training plans to be sent to Learning & Development Manager.<br><br>Administrative Duties<br><br>Responsible for end of month spa retail inventory and submit to Senior Director of Spa & Wellness. Assist with Month End Closing reports in the absence of Senior Director of Spa & Wellness. Ensure that product retail display at The Spa and Spa Boutique is fully stocked and well presented at all times. Raise the necessary Purchase Requests in Moreton Bay System for all retail and professional products. To upkeep the Guest Database in Spa Soft. On a bi-monthly basis, to forward the Guest Database List to Marketing Communications department.<br><br>Additional Duties<br><br>Engineering<br><br>Frequent checks of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and prevent loss of equipment due to negligence of wear and tear. Ensure all processes are in compliance with the Safe, Sound & Sustainable guidelines. <br><br>Review HOTSOS work orders report and ensure that follow ups has been done as and when requires.

Job Description<br><br>Pre-Contract Management:<br><br>Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify commercial and contractual risks. Prepare and finalize contract agreements, RFPs, ITTs, addenda, and clarifications in line with WSP and client standards. Conduct cost estimation, commercial analysis, and review subcontractor/supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness. Assess contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies and client procedures. Coordinate with engineering, design, finance, and legal teams to ensure completeness of tender submissions. Participate in pre-tender meetings, clarifications, and negotiations with clients and consultants. Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design and cost efficiency.<br><br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. MMUP (Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning) certification is a plus Minimum of 15 years in contract and commercial management within the construction industry. At least 5 years of experience working on Ashghal infrastructure projects. Proven track record in managing FIDIC-based contracts and handling claims and disputes. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul><li>Prepare and review detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for construction and infrastructure projects in Qatar.</li><li>Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Handle tendering processes, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial negotiations.</li><li>Review contract documents in accordance with FIDIC and Qatar construction standards.</li><li>Prepare interim payment applications, progress valuations, and client billing submissions.</li><li>Evaluate and process subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts.</li><li>Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and timelines.</li><li>Prepare, assess, and negotiate variation orders and contractual claims.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and clients.</li><li>Conduct site measurements and verify completed work progress for payment certification.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for contracts, invoices, change orders, and commercial reports.</li><li>Assist in procurement planning and material cost analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar construction regulations, company procedures, and contractual obligations.</li><li>Support project planning by providing commercial and contractual advice to management.</li><li>Prepare monthly commercial reports, cost reports, and project financial updates.</li><li>Monitor project risks related to cost, delays, and contractual matters and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Liaise with clients and consultants regarding commercial issues and payment approvals.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation and settlement of final accounts upon project completion.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><p>Preferred Requirements in Qatar</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in building projects, preferably in Qatar or GCC.</li><li>Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Qatar construction practices.</li><li>Experience with ERP/estimation software such as CCS, Candy, AutoCAD, or Primavera.</li><li>Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p></div>
