Facility changes and modifications.
• Ensure that instrumentation related deliverables are updated in SPI INTools as part of the facility change process within a stipulated timeframe and per company. Process Safety Information Policy and Management of Change (MOC) requirements.
• Timely updating of PSI Instrumentation deliverables like Instrument Index, Specification sheets, Junction Box & Panel Wiring drawings, Interconnection diagrams, Loop drawings, Alarm & Trip Set Controller summary, I/O assignments etc.
• Verify the changes on Instrumentation data as part of the facility change and integration including field verification as and when required.
• Responsible to provide updated SPI INTools related information for the ongoing facility Project Engineering, operation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain new instrumentation data into SPI INTools as part of facility engineering requirements.
• Issuance and maintenance of entire instrument tags in the plant through INTools without having any duplication.

<p></p><p><b><span>In-process inspection:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>Ensures only approved and QC accepted raw materials are used in the manufacturing process and keeps the traceability for the same</span></p>
<p></p><p><b></b><span>Ensures that the production process is controlled as stipulated in the technical Know-How documents and as per the Quality Assurance Procedures laid down.</span></p>
<p></p><p><span>Checks and monitors the ambient temperature and humidity periodically during the manufacturing process.</span></p>
<p></p><p><span>Witness the production processes and ensures that the relevant approved Raw Material Calculation and Machine Set ups are followed to meet the project requirements.</span></p>
<p></p><p><span>Informs the non-conformances immediately to the responsible Machine Captains and other employees in the Production and QC departments as deemed necessary in order to take the appropriate correction / corrective action and to minimize the rejection.</span></p>
<p></p><p><b><span>Inspection and testing of Pipes and Couplers:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>The jobholder will inspect the pipes and couplers as per the requirements of product drawing following the inspection and testing program.</span></p>
<p></p><p><span>Selects QC samples during the production process as per the inspection program and/or project ITPs as applicable.</span></p>
<p></p><p><b><span>Control and check of Resin mix:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>Responsible for controlling and measuring the refractive index of the resin mix to ensure it meets the set requirements</span></p>
<p></p><p><b><span>Non-destructive testing:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>The jobholder will undertake the non-destructive tests in accordance to the ITP requirement so as to ensure conformity to requirements.</span></p>
<p></p><p><b></b><span>Witness the routine hydro tests for the Pipes and Couplers\\</span></p>
<p></p><p><b><span>Destructive testing:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>The jobholder will undertake the destructive tests in accordance to the ITP requirements and project commitments agreed with the Client/consultant.</span></p>
<p></p><p><b><span>Preparation of reports:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>The jobholder will prepare the daily QC internal reports as well as project specific documentation (Manufacturing Record Book - MRB) to be submitted to the Client.</span></p>
<p></p><p><b><span>Policies & Procedures:</span></b></p>
<p></p><p><span>Follow all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.</span></p>
<p></p><p><b><span>Adherence to Company H & S:</span></b></p>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><b>Role Summary:</b> As a cloud kitchen supervisor, you are responsible for managing dispatch support leads and coordinating the timely and efficient dispatching of food orders from the operating brand to the assigned riders. Dispatch leads to work closely with kitchen staff (talabat and partners), delivery riders, partner s suppliers, service providers, customers service, to ensure a seamless dispatching process. Kitchen Supervisors are also responsible for ensuring that kitchen Key Performance indicators are manage and achieved, techs and internet connectivity are functioning, food safety checks and inspections are carried out, administrative tasks are completed and maintaining kitchen cleanliness at all times</p><p><b>What's on your plate:</b></p><ul><li>Manage the team of dispatch support leads and service providers</li><li>Ensures that operations shift checklist is completed as required (opening, mid and closing).</li><li>Ensures that all techs and internet connection are functioning all throughout the shifts.</li><li>Supervise and lead dispatch team, providing training and support as needed.</li><li>Manage the dispatching of orders from operating partners to riders effectively</li><li>Resolves issues arising from orders or deliveries and coordinates with the customer, riders and customer service center.</li><li>Ensure that partners comply with existing food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.</li><li>Accomplish regular food safety checks and audits as per established inspection procedures of the kitchen.</li><li>Ensures accurate and timely communication between customers, riders and dispatchers.</li><li>Ensure that all dispatch activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.</li><li>reports to kitchen managers all problems that occur during the shift, and when possible, rectify the problems as it occurs.</li><li>Maintain and manage kitchen performance metrics such as FIR, AVTC, Vendor Delay, Vendor Net Fail.</li><li>Ensures that all kitchen visitors accomplish visitor questionnaires and health declarations before allowing entry to the kitchen premise.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Proficient in basic computer application</li><li>Bachelors Degree graduate in Business Management, Logistics or related field.</li><li>At least 5 years experience in dispatch operations or food & beverage/hospitality, 2 years in supervisory role.</li><li>Proficient in basic data gathering and analysis</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including night, weekends and holidays</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have:</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience in cloud kitchen operations as kitchen supervisor / associate supervisor.</li></ul><p></p></section>
