Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Manage independent Cost estimation and Cost advice for developing and implementing various Capital, Production, Maintenance, HSE and Refinery Shutdown Projects. Execute cost estimate for in-house Plant modification for optimizing and improving Refinery processes, production and HSE requirements.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum 12 years oil and gas experience in cost estimation, contractor interface, planning and costing. Excellent oral and written English, communication combined with good presentation skills. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul> <li>Lead and manage multi-discipline QA/QC Team (QC Engineers and Inspectors) within the Department and ensure that the Inspection Test Plans and procedures are in place and adhered to throughout the project life cycle.</li> <li>Guide departmental staff and Project Team on various activities related to latest version of ISO 9001 Standard, QMS system documentation and certification requirements.</li> </ul><br><ul> <li>Promote a culture of continual improvement in quality practices and conduct quality training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors.</li> <li>Support incident investigation and root cause analysis related to quality failures impacting safety or performance.</li> <li>Prepare the Departmental &amp; Project QMS (Quality Management System) documentation in accordance with Company requirements.</li> <li>And further Manage and follow-up on implementation of QMS compliance requirements in Contracts.</li> <li>Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP), KPIs and ensure the alignment of Contractor's PQP / KPIs with that of Company's.
