Manage and report against the core KPI set: ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, direct revenue contribution, booking-engine conversion rate, ticket yield, cost per membership acquired and share of direct bookings. Manage agency and media partner relationships, briefs, scopes of work and commercial performance reviews.</p><p>Website & Content Management Take full ownership of content management, publishing and optimisation across all brand websites and the Meryal Waterpark site, each with its own brand voice, audience, booking path and commercial objectives. Manage day-to-day publishing in the relevant CMS platforms: page builds, content updates, offer and package pages, campaign landing pages, seasonal takeovers, menu and attraction updates, opening hours, and event listings. Coordinate with agencies and central digital team on site releases, integrations, hosting, domains and technical troubleshooting.</p><p>CRM & Email Marketing Own the CRM and lifecycle communication strategy for the destination: guest database segmentation, campaign calendar, journey design and automation. Build, test and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys: pre-arrival, in-stay, post-stay, win-back, abandoned booking, birthday and anniversary, waterpark annual pass renewal, spa and fitness membership lifecycle, and F&B reservation nurture. Manage database health, growth and compliance: consent capture, opt-in mechanics, list hygiene, deliverability, suppression management and adherence to applicable data protection requirements. Grow first-party data capture across the destination, waterpark ticketing, WiFi capture, restaurant reservations, spa bookings, retail activations and on-property QR touchpoints and build the audience segments that feed both CRM and paid social.</p><p>F&B, Waterpark, Retail and Wellness Marketing Food& beverage: build the digital demand plan for the restaurant and bar portfolio, covers-driving campaigns, themed nights/events and seasonal promotions, reservation platform optimisation, menu and imagery publishing, food content production, and delivery/aggregator presence where applicable. Waterpark: Drive online ticket sales and annual pass acquisition for Meryal Waterpark, manage the e-commerce funnel end to end, optimise the ticketing path, run dynamic and dated-offer campaigns, and support attraction launches, capacity management messaging and family/group targeting. Retail: Support the retail proposition through destination footfall campaigns, tenant co-marketing, directory and listing management, and integration of retail content into the resort and waterpark digital properties. Partner daily with Revenue Management, Reservations, F&B, Spa & Recreation, Waterpark Operations, Retail Leasing, Guest Relations and the regional digital team. Brief and manage creative, media, production and technology partners, and hold them accountable to agreed commercial outcomes. The Equipment Readiness Technician improves the reliability of Division equipment assets and increases the utilization and efficiency of assets. Integral to this role is ensuring strict compliance with the SAP PM plan and addressing specific site requirements for maintenance tasks. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for accurate data entry and completion of work orders. Solid trade knowledge and technical skills are essential for promptly attending to, addressing, and resolving equipment failures.<br>1) Site Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of maintenance foremen and technicians to ensure the effective execution of maintenance tasks.
