The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems, while maintaining compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. <p>Acts as COMPANY Site Representative onboard DSV or CLV during the execution phase in coordination with Company’s Vessel Management Team, communicating the activity status and progress to the Onshore PMT. Serve as day-to-day interface with EPC contractor’s Offshore Construction Manager and craft labour. Monitor and ensure compliance with Company specification, procedures, Risk assessments and plans. Ensures that any events evaluated during FRA/Risk Screening and HAZID/HIRA processes, or that are raised during safety meetings, are stewarded and closed prior to the start of each critical scope. Acts as the focal point between CPY’s Production Operation and the Contractor during field execution, particularly for SIMOPS and PTW within 500m of CPY assets. Undertake full oversight of Contractor’s marine activities in collaboration with CPY Marine Lead and ensure all vessels comply with CPY requirements through site verification and validation. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Garage Admin to manage the administrative operations of our garage/workshop facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing spare parts inventory, tracking vehicle and equipment servicing, maintaining records, and supporting the workshop team to ensure efficient garage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update maintenance records for all vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery (cranes, excavators, generators, trucks, etc.)
• Coordinate and schedule routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs with mechanics and supervisors
• Track work orders, job cards, and service completion status for all equipment

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR (PIPING) – QATAR <br><br>Qualification<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized University. Preferably having formal training in QA/QC functional aspects.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Candidate shall be a safety leader. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years overall experience in piping construction (UG & AG), pressure testing, mechanical completion and construction of oil and gas facilities. Experience as an EPIC Contractor supervisor is essential. Experience as a Client or PMC supervisor is preferred. Current experience in State of Qatar industrial cities and/or other GCC countries is required.
