Coordinate and supervise conferences, weddings, social events, VIP functions, and outdoor events. Ensure all event setups are completed according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and operational standards. Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event follow-ups. Monitor event flow and resolve operational challenges promptly. Ensure all venues are maintained to the highest presentation standards.<br>Team Leadership Supervise Event Supervisors, Team Leaders, Casual Staff, and Banquet Associates. Lead daily team briefings and allocate manpower effectively. Coach, train, and develop team members. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
