Maintain knowledge of pastry recipes, portion sizes, baking techniques, and finishing methods. Keep the workstation clean, organized, and well stocked throughout service. Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Properly store, label, and rotate pastry ingredients, prepared components, and finished products. Show initiative in learning advanced pastry, baking, and decoration techniques.
