Big4 Experience Preferred.<br>Role Purpose Program Management Office Manager is responsible for establishing and leading the organization’s enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the effective execution of strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and key management priorities. Define project governance requirements, stage gates, approval processes, reporting standards, and escalation mechanisms. Introduce consistent project management methodologies and tools across the organization. Ensure appropriate documentation and governance throughout the project lifecycle. Drive project management discipline and accountability across business and support functions.<br>Strategic Initiative Execution Translate organizational strategy and executive priorities into structured programs, projects, and implementation roadmaps. Coordinate execution of high-priority initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders. Develop integrated implementation plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and critical decisions. Monitor progress against agreed strategic objectives and ensure corrective actions are taken where required. Lead or directly manage selected high-impact strategic and transformation initiatives. Track implementation through completion and validate achievement of intended outcomes.<br>Portfolio Management & Prioritization Maintain a consolidated view of all major projects and strategic initiatives across the organization. Identify conflicts, overlaps, dependencies, and resource constraints across the project portfolio. Recommend project sequencing, reprioritization, or intervention where required. Monitor portfolio performance and highlight projects requiring executive attention. Support annual strategic and business planning by translating priorities into an executable project portfolio.<br>Executive Reporting & Management Information Develop concise executive-level dashboards and reporting covering project status, milestones, risks, budgets, dependencies, and key decisions. Provide regular portfolio updates to the CEO and Executive Management. Prepare materials for management committees and other governance forums relating to strategic initiatives and project performance. Ensure management receives timely, accurate, and decision-oriented information. Highlight emerging risks, delays, dependencies, and areas requiring executive intervention. Maintain structured tracking of key management decisions and ensure agreed actions are followed through to completion.<br>Cross-Functional Coordination Act as a central coordination point for major initiatives involving multiple business and support functions. Facilitate cross-functional project meetings, steering committees, and working groups. Resolve or escalate issues that may impact successful project delivery. Challenge project owners constructively where progress, governance, or accountability is insufficient. Demonstrated experience working directly with senior executives and department heads. Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects with significant organizational dependencies. As Channel Manager, you will own and grow Scale AI's partner and channel ecosystem in Qatar - identifying, developing, and managing relationships with the technology partners, system integrators, and resellers that extend our reach across the market. You will work closely with the Country Lead and the broader go-to-market team to build a partner network that accelerates Scale's mission in Qatar and delivers measurable impact for government and enterprise customers. Job Description<br><br>To support effective operation, coordination, control, and continual improvement of Change Enablement and Release Management across in-scope services. The role helps ensure that changes and releases are properly recorded, assessed, authorized, scheduled, communicated, deployed, validated, supported, and closed in accordance with approved procedures. Working under the guidance of the Practice Manager or Senior Consultant, the role contributes to service stability, business continuity, release quality, auditability, and timely delivery across traditional, cloud, Agile, Dev Ops, and CI/CD environments.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br> Support the day-to-day administration and consistent execution of Change Enablement, Release Management, and related Deployment Management procedures, templates, workflows, and controls. Using current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of work products and services.<br><br>Focussing on the importance of coaching and developing teams and colleagues, by taking their ideas and giving them the knowledge, skills, and opportunities, they need to deliver.<br><br>Bringing energy and ambition to identify and manage business development opportunities.<br><br>To qualify for the role, you must have.<br><br>Proven track record of success in the MENA/GCC region with key clients and industry sectors.<br><br>A master’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related discipline. Alternatively, a degree in business, accounting, or finance, with additional IT qualifications.<br><br>Master’s degree will be preferable.<br><br>Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience of working as an IT risk consultant for a professional services firm or a public accounting firm, or as a senior executive of a technology company, a financial services company, telecom company, or comparable experience as an IT/IS expert.<br><br>Relevant experience areas include a combination of Digital Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Disaster Recovery Management, Crisis Management, Third Party Risk Management, Technology Compliance Management, Technology Asset Management, Mobile Technology, Emerging Technologies (Robotics, IoT, Cloud and Blockchain), ERP Controls (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics), Technical Controls Management for IT Systems and Networking technologies, Data Analytics, IT/Business Process & Controls Management, IT/IS Internal Audit, and/or Third-Party Reporting, etc.<br><br>Strong skills in project management, team management, and client service.<br><br>Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.<br><br>A willingness to travel to meet client needs.<br><br>Ideally, you will also have<br><br>CISA, CBCP, CISSP, IRM, CISM, and/or CIA certification is essential for long-term growth in the role; Based on an individual’s professional background, area of specialization or industry focus, we recognize that other certifications, credentials, or experience may be more relevant than the listed certifications and therefore may be acceptable.<br><br>What We Look For<br><br>Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
