<li>Supervise the EPIC Contractors during the execution of construction activities at construction sites.</li>
<li>Participate in reviewing detailed design drawings, method statements, material requisitions, and etc.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate mobilization and de-mobilization of contractors on site.</li>
</ul><br><p>* Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required.* Carry out daily checks on contractor's staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications.<br>* Handle all aspects of Electrical/Instrument Construction activities including site investigations, site surveys and etc.* Supervise and manage installation Earthing and Lightning Protection works.<br>* Supervise installation of Lighting and Small Power works. Manage and supervise cable tray installation and Fire Alarm System cable laying and termination works.* Co-ordination of finalizing Cable entries, cable routes, cable diversions etc.<br>* Manage and supervise cable tray installation and Instrument Control & Power Cable laying and termination works.* Supervise Fiber Optic cable installation and splicing works.<br>* Supervise installation of Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panels and Mimic Panels.* Supervise installation of Control junction boxes and Panels.<br>* Good knowledge in reading and understanding Equipment Layout drawings.* Overall coordination with Mechanical works, HVAC works, Fire alarm & Loss prevention system works, Building Services works and etc.<br>* Cable termination and Loop checking.* Co-ordinate pre-commissioning activities and assist during commissioning of facilities.<br>* Initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC), Hand Over Certificate (HOC), Acceptance Certificate (AC), and facilitate the issuance of Project Completion & Discharge Certificates.* Witness SAT pre commissioning activities for equipment.<br>* Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Reports to supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.* Sign work permits on behalf of Company and to ensure that contractor's compliance with work permits.<br>* Participate in development of as-built drawings/documentation.* Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to handing over to Company by contractor by paying special attention to all EHV equipment including Quality checks.<br>* Works closely with other Company Construction Supervisors (Mech / Elec).* Report to Company Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendations for improvement.<br>* Accountable for supervising contractor's work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing Company safety standards on the work site.* Liaise and report with the QC Inspector on quality related matters.<br>* Liaise with the HSE Supervisor on safety related matters.* Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with project quality plans and inspection & test plans (ITPs).<br>* Co-ordinate with concerned and End User parties to resolve site issues and refer technical queries to senior construction supervisor and project engineer.* Review contractors' construction plans and schedules including method statements and JSAs.</p><br><br><ul>
<li>Candidate must possess a Degree from recognized University or Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with extensive construction related experience.</li>
<li>Good skills in construction management, effective communication, conflict resolution. Relevant courses in HSE, QAQC and construction.</li>
<li>Candidate should have a minimum of 15 years overall E&I experience in Construction installation pre-commissioning & commissioning oil and gas industries including largescale solar projects or similar nature projects.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in large scale solar (Photovoltaic) Projects.</li>
<li>The construction supervisor should have a strong technical background in Instrumentation & Control systems, including knowledge of sensors, transmitters, controllers, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) & SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).</li>
<li>This includes understanding safety standards, hazardous area classifications, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.</li>
<li>Experience in construction project management is important for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of Instrumentation & Control systems within the project timeline.</li>
<li>Should have the ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and control system layouts to ensure accurate implementation of the designed systems.</li>
