Review guest requests prior to arrival and ensure that they are properly set up in a timely manner. Handle guests concerns and comments and find a proper resolution to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist the Assistant Director of Rooms in the overall running of the Housekeeping Department and to deputize for in her absence. Drive the performance of the Housekeeping Department in conjunction with the management team, ensure the team delivers the highest quality in relation with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand Standards to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations. Ensure that schedules are inputted in payroll system, and that all reports are completed and submitted along with the attendance to T &C in due time. Checks on maintaining proper par stocks for linen, cleaning and guest room supplies. Maintains and develops strong relationships with current members to encourage participation in club events and maintain a high level of member satisfaction. Participates in events to ensure member engagement, identify, and capture additional opportunities for member recruitment and/or retention, as and when required by the team, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
