<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p><br>
<p>The Talent & Culture Supervisor is responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all HR systems, attendance tracking, and payroll processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with Qatar labor regulations, ensuring timely payroll processing, and delivering a seamless associate experience through data accuracy and process excellence.</p><br>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><br>

<p>About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe planning, coordination, and execution of all diving activities, ensuring compliance with IMCA/ADCI standards and the highest levels of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all commercial diving operations including underwater inspection, construction, maintenance, and repair activities
• Ensure the safety and health of the dive team at all times; enforce strict compliance with IMCA, ADCI, or equivalent commercial diving standards

<p>Base Location: OPERATIONS (REFINING)</p><br>
<p>Primary Purpose of Job:</p><br>
<p>1. To Prepare and Supervise all types of rigging equipment installed at the Refinery</p><br>
<p>site and Workshops including the Mobile cranes, fork lifters, Pay loader, floor</p><br>
<p>cranes, winches, lifting beams, bridge cranes, chain blocks, rigging hardware</p><br>
