Job Description<br><br>We are currently looking for dynamic, and self motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward.<br><br>This position is based at Sedra Arjaan by Rotana in Doha, Qatar.<br><br>As a Front Desk Agent you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience and your role will include key responsibilities such as-<br><br> Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guest, so as to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival till departure Ensure guests are personally greeted by name, if known and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and welcomed Conduct in room & hotel familiarization and assist guest in hotel activity enquiries / requests Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information to respond to guest queries Maintain an awareness of rate levels to be sold on a daily basis and the occupancy levels Accurately administer Front Desk cashiering standards and comply with all laid down systems, policies and procedures Process accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate postings of all incidental charges using computerized Front Office systems Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings<br><br>Skills<br><br>Education, Qualifications & Experiences<br><br>You should ideally have a degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge in an additional language, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials. Main Rolewe are looking for an active, energetic, and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive with good knowledge of the sports, fitness, gym equipment, sports flooring, and sports facility market. The candidate should already understand the industry, know how to approach clients, identify projects, and convert opportunities into sales. Responsibilities Visit clients daily and actively search for new business opportunities. Develop business with gyms, schools, sports clubs, hotels, companies, contractors, consultants, and government entities. Promote gym equipment, sports equipment, flooring, padel, squash, and other Olympia Sports solutions. Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and potential customers. Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. Follow up strongly with clients from first contact until closing the deal. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and management teams. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Provide regular updates about market activity, competitors, and new opportunities. <div data-jb-field="skills">* Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth for pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions.<br> * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, pharmacists, procurement teams, and healthcare decision-makers.<br> * Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and scientific discussions with healthcare professionals.<br> * Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, regulatory, medical affairs, and marketing) to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer support.<br> * Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical promotional practices, quality standards, and company policies.<br> * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.<br> * Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, medical centers, retail pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.<br> * Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, call reports, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.<br> * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, prescription patterns, and customer needs to support strategic planning.<br> * Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, CMEs, and marketing activities to promote products and enhance brand visibility.<br> * Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.<br> * Prepare and submit accurate quotations, tenders, and proposals in a timely manner.<br> * Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.<br> * Provide expert product knowledge and recommend suitable pharmaceutical solutions based on customer and patient needs.<br> * Provide regular sales forecasts, market intelligence, and performance reports to management.<br> * Support product launches, product evaluations, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.<br>
