About the Role Arkan Marketing Services is looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Doha. This is a hands-on role covering content planning, graphic design, social media management, paid advertising, campaign coordination, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate must be comfortable managing several marketing activities simultaneously, switching between priorities, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Support the management of Google Business Profiles and other online listings to ensure accurate hotel information, images and promotional content. Assist with SEO activities, including keyword optimisation, content updates and improving online visibility. Identify opportunities to improve the hotel's digital guest journey and increase direct bookings. <b>Analytics & Reporting</b> Monitor website traffic, social media performance, digital campaigns and online engagement. Track key digital marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, traffic, conversions and campaign performance. Prepare regular digital marketing reports and provide recommendations based on performance data. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends. Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott. Communicate with potential owners via telephone to set up preview package sales/tours. Encourage guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours. Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation to potential owners. Verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours prior to scheduling a tour for a Marriott vacation club property. Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (e.g., rewards points, show tickets). Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing). Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.<br><br>Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. About the Role The Sales Manager – Facilities Management will be responsible for driving business growth, securing new contracts, and expanding the company's Facilities Management portfolio across Qatar. The role focuses on generating revenue, developing strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading the commercial activities for Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Services, Security Services, Manpower Supply, and Integrated Facilities Management solutions. The successful candidate will create value for the company by securing long-term contracts, winning tenders, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the Facilities Management Division.<br>Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities and secure Facilities Management contracts across multiple sectors. Promote and sell Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning, Hospitality, Security, Landscaping, Manpower Supply, and Integrated FM Services. Identify and pursue government, semi-government, commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and industrial opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers. Lead business development activities, client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations. Prepare and manage technical and commercial proposals, tenders, bids, and service agreements. Develop strategic partnerships and key accounts to support long-term business growth. Achieve revenue targets, profitability objectives, and business development KPIs. Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the FM sector. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business performance reports to management.<br>Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Facilities Management Sales, Business Development, or Commercial Management. Proven track record in securing FM contracts, maintenance agreements, and service contracts. Strong knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, MEP Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Hospitality Services, Security Services, and Integrated FM Solutions. Extensive experience in tendering, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and bid management. Strong network with government entities, semi-government organizations, consultants, contractors, developers, property management companies, and corporate clients in Qatar. Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, acquire new clients, and achieve business growth targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contract management. Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
