Job Purpose<br><br>The Rig Superintendent is a highly experienced and results-oriented leader within the Operations department, taking overall responsibility for the performance and profitability of assigned rigs. This leadership role encompasses Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), maintenance, operations, personnel management (including subcontractors), and asset protection/management. Administrate and assure the existence and readiness of DR setup to all production infrastructure systems. Serve as a site representative to the Disaster Recovery committee and participate in periodic DR testing. Administer Domain Services, Active Directory on Server, multiple SQL Servers, IIS Servers and Terminal Servers. Create and generate all required system documentation.
