About the Role Guildhall is hiring for an infrastructure operator running a multi-year road operations and maintenance contract in the GCC. The person in this seat will own pavement condition data end to end pulling from ARAN and LCMS survey systems and turning it into the maintenance schedules that keep a live road network in spec. The contract is in an active phase, and the client needs pavement data capability in place now to establish the condition baseline. It is a rare seat: full ownership of the data layer behind a decade-long O&M programme, not a short survey assignment.

The role Own pavement condition data analysis across a live, long-term road O&M contract in the GCC.
