Job Summary<br><br>Preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability. They will analyze project specifications, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and support the tendering process for commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality interior projects.<br><br>Duties And Essential Job Functions<br><br>Plan and establish project cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.
