<p><strong>Machine Operator</strong></p><br><br><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Machine Operator</strong> to join our production team on an urgent basis.</p><br><br><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for operating digital printing and fabrication machinery, preparing print-ready files, performing finishing works, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality production for branding, events, exhibitions, signage, and fabrication projects.</p><br><br><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Operate large and small-format digital printers, including UV, solvent, eco-solvent, and latex printers.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Operate CNC routers, plotters, laser cutters, laminators, and other finishing equipment.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Prepare substrates, inks, and materials according to job requirements.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Perform test prints and make adjustments for alignment, sizing, and colour accuracy.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Carry out cutting, trimming, laminating, mounting, routing, and assembly works.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Handle materials such as vinyl, acrylic, MDF, foam board, aluminum, PVC, fabric, and paper.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Prepare and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Prepare and verify print-ready files including AI, PDF, PSD, and EPS formats.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Operate RIP software and manage production queues.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Perform basic colour calibration, profiling, and quality checks.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Troubleshoot minor machine, mechanical, and software-related issues.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Carry out routine machine cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Follow all HSE and production quality requirements.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Coordinate with designers, production teams, and project managers to ensure accurate job execution.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Maintain production records and monitor material and consumable usage.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Support urgent projects, exhibitions, installations, and high-demand production periods.</p><br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><br><br><ul><li><p>Technical Diploma or certification in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, Manufacturing, or a related field.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Proven experience as a Digital Print Operator, CNC Operator, Fabrication Technician, or similar role.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Strong practical knowledge of digital printing and fabrication machinery.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; basic InDesign knowledge is preferred.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Experience with RIP software and print production workflows.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Knowledge of colour management and print quality control.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Ability to read artworks, layouts, technical drawings, and job instructions.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Experience in signage, advertising, events, exhibitions, or fabrication is an advantage.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Physically capable of handling production materials and working extended hours when required.</p><br><br></li><li><p>Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.</p><br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Availability:</strong> Immediate joiners.</p><br><br>
