<p>We are looking for an <strong>Drilling Well Equipment Coordinator</strong>for one of our clients with the following details:</p><br>
<p><strong>Start Date: ASAP (tentative) </strong></p><br>

<p><strong>Work status: Onshore Rotational, Single</strong></p><br>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE </p><br>
<ul>
<li>Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance Technician degree</li>
<li>10 yrs in years of relevant experience / Oilfield, with minimum 3 years of Offshore exposure </li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of completion and well Intervention (slick line in particular) equipment, technology and workflows. Equipment requests and mobilization process (including SAP). Qa/Qc process.</li>
<li>Fluent English compulsory, middle-east or asian language a plus</li>
<li>Professional or HSE certifications: IWCF level 2</li>
</ul>
<p> ACTIVITIES </p><br>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate Ware House Activities, Equipment, Logistic & Safety QA/QC, Support Platform and Rig operation, Coaching of Well Intervention Supervisors</li>
<li>Coordinate Well Intervention warehouse activities, prioritize activities according to drilling sequence and other parameters.</li>
<li>Conduct QA/QC acceptance checks on all new equipment being received into warehouse.</li>
<li>Responsible for make-up and testing of completion sub-assemblies:<ul>
<li>Keep on top of sub assembly requirements and ensure that a sufficient stock is kept.</li>
<li>Issue CWO’s and SO’s as required.</li>
<li>Monitor and witness (spot checks) sub assembly make-up and test at Vendors to verify correct make-up and test procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Check all assembly sheets for correct data, i.e. Dimensions, Threads. Storage Preparation.</li>
<li>Check all dimensions specs against manufacturers description and that products are as ordered and fully functional.</li>
<li>Check SCSSSV, HCM’s, Ball Valves, etc. are functional and pressure tight.</li>
</ul></li>
<li>Ensure SAP workflows are done for the associated equipment movements</li>
<li>Visit contractors as required for pre-load out inspections.</li>
<li>Prepare/inspect equipment for load out.</li>
<li>Track all Well Intervention major equipment such that exact location is known at all times.</li>
<li>Inspect equipment returned to warehouse and arrange for repair and/or replacement. Identify missing equipment and chase up offshore locations for returns.</li>
<li>Maintain and improve “Action List Well Intervention-Offshore’ allocating job priorities in accordance with urgency. Ensure list is updated as jobs are executed and that proper hand overs are created by the Offshore Well Intervention Supervisor if jobs are still ongoing.</li>
<li>Ensure that all service equipment is maintained/serviced and within calibration and/or certification.</li>
<li>Set up and maintain a certification and testing program for all COMPANY PCE, not limited to but including MPI, Thread Inspection and Pressure Testing.</li>

Under the authority of the Client HSE-SA/Representative, ensures the export vessel safely transits through the Al Shaheen Field and the mooring/unmooring is executed in a safe and consistent manner as per relevant international and Client standards and in compliance with Al Shaheen Port Regulations and/or anyother Client procedures.<br>General Tasks:Reports to the Company's HSE-SA. Demonstrates an incident-free mindset & shall comply with Company's list of 10 important rules Performs any tasks within the gambit of the contract as delegated by the Company's HSE-SA and / or Company's representative. Is responsible for maintaining up to date JSA’s and risk assessments. When requested, performs inspections of terminal assets as per Terminal procedures. Responsible for common marine team’s activities and performance’s including their adherence towards Company's HSE policies. Is responsible for FSO support boats introduction to the field including all export related procedures and processes Familiarizes and complies with all Company's rules and regulations as stated in the Company's CMS. Familiarises and complies with all Terminal related processes and procedures Familiarises and complies with all applicable national and international statutory laws. Familiarises and complies with all applicable maritime legislation as per IMO. Familiarises and complies with all applicable OPITO & IMCA standards.<br>In charge of the Common Marine Team (CMT) on each FSO which is composed of 2 Mooring Masters, 1 Mooring Master Assistant, 1 Lead Swimmer, 1 Mechanical Technician, 1 Swimmer, 2 terminal VTS operators, 1 Rigging Supervisor, 1 Rope Access Supervisor, 1 Rope Access Technician and 1 Coxswain.<br>Duties of the CMT are:• Export Vessel Pilotage• Mooring/Unmooring Export Vessels• Export hose connection/disconnection• Level One Maintenance of:SPM & Mooring Hawser Mooring fitting spares & Mooring Masters Toolbox Tandem Hawser Floating hoses<br>The list of the above enumerated tasks and responsibilities is a summary and indicative. Assists HSE-SA/Representative in performing audit of the AHTs chartered by Company to work for the FSO activities. Ensures that all Company Procedures and Policies are adhered to. Ensures that all relevant Legislation and Regulations are adhered to. Ensures that all Client Standard Operating Procedures and Regulations are adhered to. Completes all works to the Client's satisfaction.<br>During any emergency when requested by the Company and or the Company's representative/HSE-SA, performs any tasks as may be required of them. Such emergencies may include but not be limited to fire, explosion, oil spill’s etc.<br>Agrees to comply with the QHSE instructions in order to:Preserve their health and safety and those of other persons affected by his acts or omissions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QHSE management system.<br>Is responsible for promotion and diffusion of the safety culture:Ensures the implementation of preventive and corrective QHSE actions. Contributes to the elaboration of the HSE plan and ensures its execution. Participates to QHSE audits (internal & external).<br>Working Hours: 12h, 7 days per week Rotation: 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off<br>Certificates:IMO STCW 95 deck officer class 1 certificate, unlimited Bridge Team Resource Management Duties to fulfil on tankers (gas or oil as appropriate; STCW V/1 §2) Pilotage certificate or license issued by the National Competent Authority of the country or area Record of Pilotage Training Simulator training Testing gas in enclosed spaces BST/HUET or BOSIET<br>Qualifications: Technical certificates or relevant nautical studies<br>Experience:Minimum of 30 months on-board service as senior deck officer (Chief Officer or above) on board a seagoing AFRA MAX tankers or larger, or on-board seagoing gas tanker or larger, as appropriate. <p>The post holder will be an experienced and skilled mechanical technician and supervisor undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities on the Typhoon aircraft or aircraft components. <br><br></p>The post holder requires an excellent understanding of the approved technical data set and is competent to supervise personnel carrying out maintenance instructions in accordance with the organisation’s regulatory framework.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><ul> <li>Demonstrates a distinct ability to analyze and diagnose faults to aircraft systems, equipment and assemblies, follow diagnostic procedures and work effectively within a team. Provide guidance to less experienced team members in a diverse and dynamic operational environment. <br> </li> <li>Undertaking detailed maintenance, inspection and supervision activities on the Typhoon and its components. Assuring work carried out has been completed in accordance with the work package using the relevant approved technical information. Resolving faults and maintenance issues, including configuration management <br> </li> <li>Undertaking and complete tasked maintenance & diagnostic activities on the Typhoon aircraft or components which may include, as appropriate, aircraft ground handling, flight servicing, aircraft role changes, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/or functional/system test <br> </li> <li>Demonstrate a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out responsibilities appropriate to the role and takes direction appropriately <br> </li> <li>Maintain personal task authorizations for working on aircraft or components <br> </li> <li>Ensuring that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and resolve any issues, escalate as required <br> </li> <li>Undertaking fault evaluation and raise ad hoc work cards for ‘found faults’ during maintenance <br> </li> <li>Supervising the team to ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and highlight any issues, escalate as required. Demonstrates sound and comprehensive communication and people management skills in order to exchange complicated information <br> </li> <li>Ability to scope and carry out independent and vital inspections <br> </li> <li>Maintaining a personal Log Book to demonstrate currency and recency, on completion of On the Job training (OJT) activities, sign other personnel’s logbooks as appropriate within your trade and skills boundaries. <br> </li> <li>If you are an approved designated assessor, undertake authorisation and task competency approvals, and check Pt 145 license application packs prior to submission <br> <br><br><br></li></ul>Requirements<br><br><ul> <li>Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or Military equivalent apprenticeship / qualifications. <br> </li> <li>Academic qualification for this role is a minimum of City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance or equivalent. <br> </li> <li>Aircraft platform training (On a/c requirement) <br> </li> <li>Requires a broad and in-depth product knowledge/competency within own technical/subject area. <br> </li> <li>Awareness of how the team integrates with others in order to achieve the overall objectives of the area and demonstrates an understanding of the requirement for continuous improvement and its application <br> </li> <li>Experienced and competent leader at this level. Requires a minimum of 2 years working at Technician level prior to undertaking a Supervisor role. <p>Must have more than 10 years experience in the Oil and Gas or Power Generation industries, with a minimum of 3 years as an Instrument Maintenance Supervisor. Nb. May be required to undertake Competency Based test witnessed by the COMPANY Discipline engineer. Must have a fairly good knowledge & understanding of various process equipment. Must be able to work with computers utilizing Microsoft Windows and Office suite of packages. Shall meet all requirements for Senior Instrument Technician. Must have experience in and be able to carry out routine and non-routine maintenance on all types of instrument loops. Must be able to interpret job requests, plan and allocate works accordingly.
