Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Carry out highly skilled maintenance, repair and overhaul of Rotary equipment and Minor/routine maintenance of static equipment installed at Qatar Energy Refinery process units i.e. Refinery 1 & 2, RFCC, Condensate Refinery, Utilities/Off sites, Tank Farm, Berth#6, BSV3 and Station C1 at Hamad Intl. <p>Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Understand, evaluate, and maintain various types of Instrumentation related data for the facility through SPI INTools.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Facility changes and modifications.
• Ensure that instrumentation related deliverables are updated in SPI INTools as part of the facility change process within a stipulated timeframe and per company. Process Safety Information Policy and Management of Change (MOC) requirements.
• Timely updating of PSI Instrumentation deliverables like Instrument Index, Specification sheets, Junction Box & Panel Wiring drawings, Interconnection diagrams, Loop drawings, Alarm & Trip Set Controller summary, I/O assignments etc.
• Verify the changes on Instrumentation data as part of the facility change and integration including field verification as and when required.
• Responsible to provide updated SPI INTools related information for the ongoing facility Project Engineering, operation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain new instrumentation data into SPI INTools as part of facility engineering requirements.
• Issuance and maintenance of entire instrument tags in the plant through INTools without having any duplication.
Administration of SPI INTools database
• Work closely with IT & SPI INTools Contractor for the SPI System administration for data initialization, data backup, data security, and data recovery and SPI INTools periodic upgrade.
• Provide support for bulk data extraction, data retrieval, various SPI INTools Report functionalities, management of users, groups, domains, user profiles, user training, software license renewal, etc.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across Instrument and Electrical Section to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services.

<p>Monitor the activities of the outsourced Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Contractor at site by reviewing daily reports, calibration reports, maintenance activities/reports, and Quality Control (QC) activities performed to ensure proper operation of the stations. Ensure property and equipment are secure. Verify that the spare parts interchanged by the contractor are original and as per approved specifications. Control all operational and maintenance activities at the ambient air quality stations and ensure all control systems related to the ambient air quality networks. Review and evaluate data to detect possible abnormalities related to the functioning of the stations and report to the section for further action. Keep records of all station inventories, data, reports, logs, and certificates to ensure traceability of results generated. Maintain systems to track schedules for maintenance, calibrations, and re-certifications on a timely basis and verify compliance by the Contractor. Report HSE statistics of the Contractors on a monthly basis. During emergencies, be available 24x7 and participate in incident investigations and provide ambient air quality and meteorological data to the investigating team. In case of incidents, ensure movement of the mobile monitoring AAQM station to the incident location by obtaining proper permits and securing power supply, etc. Accompany and assist the Technical Systems and Performance Audit Contractor during scheduled audits. Conduct independent first-party internal audits to verify AAQM station performance. Make regular station visits to oversee overall station functions (e.g., AC maintenance, generator tests, pest control, and general maintenance of the stations). Raise SAP requests and coordinate with the maintenance division for overall station maintenance. Maintain and raise SAP requests for troubleshooting Air Quality Modelling Servers.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Meteorology / Environmental / Science (Chemistry, Physics) or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 5 years Ambient Air Quality Monitoring-related experience, preferably directly related to the O&M activities of Ambient Air Quality Stations. Possess a valid Qatar driving license. Professional certification or license from a credible meteorological, environmental, or related association/society is an advantage.
