The<br><br>Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator will be responsible for the<br><br>management of all Typhoon repairable assets which have failed at Forward and<br><br>require tasking via the ELP process.<br><br>The post holder will<br><br>supervise of all assets as they pass through the Quality Gate, Engineering<br><br>Tasking and Repair Scheduling. Directly interfacing with the Part M engineer,<br><br>Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler.<br><br>Core Activities<br><br>Completion of activities – Ensure all ML2/ML4 activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained on the IMS system. Support daily activities including facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Provide effective demand management for all ML2/ML4 activities by meeting delivery targets, monitoring and reviewing performance against contractual KPI’s . <p>Pipe Fabricator -Oil & Gas</p><p>Have at least five (5) years proven experience in the Petrochemical, Petroleum Refining or Oil & Gas industry and maintenance experience and at least five (5) years in the Insulation related works. Qualification: Shall have received formal apprenticeship, National Vocational Qualification and must have gone through the Insulation Inspector Courses. He shall be skilled in all type of fabrication works including the modification of existing cladding works. He shall have the knowledge of all equipment in the fabrication workshop. Is responsible for using the correct revision / approved drawing enduring they are stamped issued for construction and be able to read and understand the drawing in order to carry out the job. Is responsible for establishing methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities, resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity. For making the job number and MCN number on each work piece. Is responsible to carry out the fabrication using the correct construction techniques and equipment, in consultation with the Supervisor / Project Engineer. Liaise with the supervisor on priorities and completion dates and ensure to complete the job with the allocated time and man hours Is responsible for co-coordinating with supervisor on stage inspections by the QC Clients Inspectors and to assist them during the Inspection. Is responsible for making the necessary set up for testing jobs and to assist the QC Inspector during the test. Is responsible for carrying out onsite installation.
