Develop and enhance any procedures and guidelines related to Project Controls whenever is requested<br>Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the Department to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services. Reporting Ensure that all relevant reports are prepared timely and accurately, and meet the Department’s requirements, policies, and standards. Provide regular project status updates to project managers, projects engineer, stakeholders, and senior management through reports, dashboards, and presentation. Support internal and external audits by representing projects and providing necessary documentation evidence. Qatarization Contribute to the development of Qatari employees. This accountability is applicable to expatriate employees only.<br>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEducation Required : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.<br>Experience Required : 5-7 years of experience as projects controls engineer in the Petrochemical or Oil & Gas Industry. Employee should have brown field construction experience.<br>Preferred : 7-10 years of experience as projects controls engineer in the petrochemicals industry.<br>Other Job Specific Requirements and/or Vocational Accreditations Third Party Certification (e.g. PMP, PMI, APM etc..) Hand on experience on costing tools/software Certificate of Cost Professional (CCP) Planning and Scheduling Professional Certificate (PSP) Advanced user of MS excels and other MS tools. Languages Required : English - proficient Preferred : Arabic - working knowledge
