Participate in lessons-learned sessions after project completion.<br><br>Qualifications & Experience<br><br>Education<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Wood Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 7–10 years of experience in QAQC within carpentry, joinery, or fit-out manufacturing. Proven experience in factory and site quality control for bespoke joinery and interior fit-out projects.<br><br>Skills & Competencies<br><br>Strong knowledge of carpentry, joinery materials, finishes, and fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, details, specifications, and BOQs. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality auditing principles. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Excellent documentation and report-writing skills. Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams. Proficient in MS Office and basic quality management software/tools.<br><br>Working Conditions<br><br>Based in manufacturing facility with regular visits to project sites. May require overtime or extended hours during project deadlines. Exposure to factory environments, woodworking machinery, and construction sites.
