Position :Senior Estimation & Tendering Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and managing the complete tendering process, from tender receipt through submission. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the Qatar construction market and be capable of independently delivering high-quality technical and commercial tender submissions. Key Responsibilities Review Invitations to Tender (ITT), drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents. Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates. Attend site visits, pre-tender meetings, and technical clarification meetings. Ensure all tender documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted before the deadline. Maintain an up-to-date cost database for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. Support post-tender negotiations and hand over awarded projects to the execution team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in estimation and tendering within the Qatar construction industry. Proven experience handling complete tender submissions independently. Strong knowledge of Ashghal, Qatar Energy, government, and private sector tender requirements.
