Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones and emails using appropriate etiquette. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. <p>Plans, manages, and implements maintenance, modification, retrofit, and repair solutions for aircraft, components, support equipment, and enterprise products ensuring compliance while coordinating engineering, work packages, tooling, materials, and hands-on execution.</p><p>Manages, plans, research, and designs retrofit and repair solutions meeting customer, regulatory, and company requirements. Defines procedures, special engineering, tooling, kits, work packages, and material requirements for inspections, modifications, and repairs. Plans, organizes, and controls maintenance and repair of aircraft, components, and support equipment. Reporting to the Finance Manager or Director of Finance, the General Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. The General Accountant will work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Procurement, and other resort departments to ensure accurate financial transactions and effective financial controls. The successful candidate follows manufacturers specifications and workplace procedures, with a strong focus in Safety, Quality and Compliance. Handles complex work, oversees activities, and verifies compliance. Leads the assembly, disassembly and modification of systems by overseeing the change, removal, replacement or upgrade of AGE equipment and Vehicle Fleet to correct failures or implement changes. Oversees assembly, disassembly or overhaul. Configures assets and bench test equipment. Directs troubleshooting of complex pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Oversee validation/verification testing of systems and components. Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications and inspection results). Inspects components and verifies repairs. Leads and supervises others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an AGE and Vehicles. Provides training and mentors others. Works under general direction.</p><p>Position Responsibilities:</p><p>Inspects AGE equipment and Vehicles, perform diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating the ground support equipment used to support fighter aircraft. Maintaining, repairing, and operating ground support equipment such as tow tractors, power carts, air conditioning units, jacks, trailers, etc. Ensuring that ground support equipment is in good working order, properly maintained and stored. Using specialized tools and equipment, such as test stands and diagnostic equipment, to perform maintenance and repairs. Collaborating with other maintenance disciplines to support aircraft and equipment readiness. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting theory, ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to support the repair of basic and complex failures on ground support equipment and vehicles. Ability to work on a wide range of vehicles including Vans, F-250 s, and specialized military vehicles. Able to assign and perform CUT (Cross Utilization Training) as required. Strong experience with Automotive Equipment and Vehicle Fleet maintenance.</p><p>Experience of AGE equipment utilized on fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15) Military or vocational school related to discipline or equivalent.</p>
