Shall be able to justify the reasons for rejections to raise complaint Notifications to suppliers.</li> <li>Shall be responsible for segregation of accepted / rejected / Quarantine Materials after physical Inspection of materials</li> <li>Ensure proper tracking systems are followed to keep the records of Inspection documents and retrieval when required.</li> <li>Ensure resolution of Certification CNR in co-ordination with stake holders and release of accepted materials from SAP Quality Blocks as applicable.</li> <li>Independently responsible for Materials Inspected. Shall be able to justify queries / rejections from warehouses or end users and resolve the issues.</li> <li>Carry out Preservation Inspection and old stock material Inspection as required from time to time and submit Inspection reports.</li> <li>Shall be able to Drive the Car and make inspection visits to the Warehouse locations as directed.</li> <li>Responsible for housekeeping of Inspection area in compliance to HSE regulations.</li> <li>Adhere to section work instructions / guidelines to perform the inspection activities.</li> <li>Prepare section weekly / monthly reports and submit to Sr. Material Engineer (Insp)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering under respective discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation).</li> <li>A minimum of 10 years' experience in Plant Maintenance (Oil & Gas, Chemical or Petro-chemical) or technical evaluation of materials out of which minimum of 6 years' experience in oil and gas / Allied Process Industry.</li> <li>Exposure to supply chain environment is preferable.</li> <li>Experience in Technical evaluation of Mechanical / Electrical Spares, Pipeline Components, Consumables is required.</li> <li>General knowledge of process system, Equipment & Materials used in Refineries and the Oil & gas Industry. <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ul> <li>تفحص المواد وفق متطلبات أمر الشراء (المواصفات الفنية، الشهادات، التغليف، والحالة الفيزيائية) وتستخلص نتيجة التفتيش.</li> <li>الإشارة إلى المواصفات المطلوبة، الأكواد، المعايير أو أي مستندات هندسية أخرى، رسومات، جداول البيانات لأداء التفتيش.</li> <li>الإبلاغ عن العناصر بشكل بصري، أبعاد، كميات مع وحدة القياس في تقرير التفتيش مع حالة واضحة (مقبول / مرفوض) مشخصة. يجب أن يكون قادراً على تبرير أسباب الرفض لرفع إشعارات الشكاوى للموردين.</li> <li>يكون مسؤولاً عن فرز المواد المقبولة / المرفوضة / الحجر الصحي بعد التفتيش الفيزيائي للمواد</li> <li>ضمان اتباع أنظمة التتبع الصحيحة للحفاظ على سجلات وثائق التفتيش واسترجاعها عند الحاجة.</li> <li>ضمان حل شهادة CNR بالتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة وإطلاق المواد المقبولة من كتل جودة SAP وفقاً للاحتياج.</li> <li>مسؤول بشكل مستقل عن المواد التي تم فحصها. يجب أن يكون قادراً على توضيح الاستفسارات / الرفض من المستودعات أو المستخدمين النهائيين وحل المشكلات.</li> <li>إجراء تفتيش الحفظ والتفتيش على المواد المخزنة القديمة حسب الحاجة من وقت لآخر وتقديم تقارير التفتيش.</li> <li>يكون قادراً على قيادة السيارة والقيام بزيارات تفتيش إلى مواقع المستودعات حسب التوجيه.</li> <li>مسؤول عن نظافة منطقة التفتيش والامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.</li> <li>الالتزام بتعليمات العمل / الإرشادات القسمية لأداء أنشطة التفتيش.</li> <li>إعداد تقارير القسم الأسبوعية / الشهرية وتقديمها إلى مهندس المواد الأول (تفتيش).</li></ul> <ul> <li>درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في إحدى الهندسات في التخصص المعني (الميكانيك/الكهرباء/القياسات).</li> <li>خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صيانة المصانع (النفط والغاز، الكيمياء أو البتروكيماويات) أو التقييم الفني للمواد، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في النفط والغاز / صناعة العمليات المساندة.</li> <li>يفضل وجود خبرة في بيئة سلسلة التوريد.</li> <li>يتطلب خبرة في التقييم الفني لقطع الغيار الميكانيكية / الكهربائية، مكونات خطوط الأنابيب، المستهلكات.</li> <li>معرفة عامة بنظام العمليات، والمعدات والمواد المستخدمة في المصافي وصناعة النفط والغاز. يجب أن يتمتع بمهارات عملية جيدة وخبرة عملية في الشراء والهندسة والبناء والصيانة.</li> <li>معرفة وخبرة في مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية، صحائف البيانات العملية، قوائم القطع، الشهادات، سجل قابلية تبديل قطع الغيار (SPIR) وكتيبات الشركات المصنعة.</li> <li>معرفة بالهندسة والمعايير الدولية.</li> <li>يجب أن يكون ملمّاً بالحاسوب وبمعرفة محددة بأنظمة فهرسة المواد/قطع الغيار (شل أو SAP) وتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.</li> <li>القدرة على فهم واتباع المعايير الدولية للسلامة المتبعة في صناعة النفط والغاز.</li> <li>شهادة IOSH Managing Safely أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة قبل بدء العمل.</li></ul> <ul> <li>الراتب:<ul> <li>أجر يومي بالريال القطري إضافة إلى البدلات</li> </ul></li> <li>جدول العمل:<ul> <li>8 ساعات / 5 أيام</li> </ul></li> </ul> <ul> <li>المدة: <ul> <li>سنتان مع إمكانية التجديد</li> </ul> </li> <li>الموقع: <ul> <li>قطر</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
