<p>Provide technical guidance to support the Transportation Network and Airfield Pavement Activity Management Plan (TNAP) AMP as required by the contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP), and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. Essential <b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><p>• Provides management service of airfield pavements and transportation infrastructure networks to enable the safe and efficient movement of people, equipment, aircraft, and material across the installation and airfield.</p><p>• Advise and assist in a portfolio-wide view of facilities and linear infrastructure at the highest level.</p><p>• Provide technical guidance to support the Heavy Pavements Sub-AMP, Pavements/Airfield Pavements Sub-AMP duties and responsibilities.</p><p>• Responsible for an asset lifecycle management portfolio containing all Air Force-owned roads, bridges, parking lots, curbs and gutters, traffic signals, signage, marking, sidewalks, walkways, rail systems, docks, final denial barriers (FDB), FDB control systems, FDB supporting safety systems and traffic management and planning.</p><p>• This AMP Manager s subject matter expertise shall lend itself to providing the Government with recommendations on how best to invest in the assets under their purview and align its efforts under four main lines of effort: Asset Visibility, Requirements, Planning, and Performance.</p><p>• Advise and assist the Government to ensure the asset inventory reflects sufficient level of detail to enable investment decisions.</p><p>• Advise and assist with the development of the Future Years Defense Program +3 (FYDP+3) for infrastructure pavements.</p><p>• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) reviews of data and use gap analysis to identify where Sub-AMP and subject matter experts shall collect additional data.</p><p>• Implement data standards for assets within respective portfolios and provide guidance to Sub-AMPs and the Built Infrastructure Assessment Team (BIAT) on which inventory to prioritize and advise on how often and when to conduct condition assessments.</p><p>• Support condition assessments and provide guidance to ensure relevant data has visibility and analysis.</p><p>• Work with Operations Flight shops, subject matter experts, and the Engineering Flight to advise and assist the Government on the condition assessment methodology and approach to ensure the data is adequate and the data resulting from the condition assessments are properly documented.</p><p>• Advise and assist the Government in defining and prioritizing requirements within respective activities.</p><p>• Integrate requirements from Sub-AMPs within their activity and identify target years for project development, design, and execution.</p><p>• Advise and assist on creating requirements to support future opportunities deriving from asset analysis.</p><p>• Utilize appropriate systems to identify investment requirements at facility or equivalent master-asset level to repair/sustain systems throughout their life cycle.</p><p>• Advise and assist on developing requirements which may be executed through organic Operations Flight labor or through projects managed in the Engineering Flight.</p><p>• Perform work planning, including grouping of requirements into opportunities and developing a rough cost and work estimate for them.</p><p>• Lead semi-annual AMP working groups. All required courses are offered online or live broadcast and shall be completed through the first available offering after hiring date.</li><li>Must be familiar with NexGen IT and BUILDER SMS.</li><li>Ability to exercise discretion and make effective decisions. Job Summary<br><br>The role holder is responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul and troubleshooting of rotating equipment (steam turbine, gas turbine, centrifugal / reciprocating compressors and pumps) and its auxiliaries. Job Summary<br><br>The role holder is responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul and troubleshooting of Responsible for Maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting of DCS systems (Honeywell TDC-3000 (TPS) & Experion Systems), Safety Systems (Triconex, Siemens, HIMA, Honeywell), PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, HIMA, Honeywell), PDCS Systems (Siemens) and GT control systems (GE Mark VI & Vie).<br><br>Familiarized completely with the allocated area of work, the equipment involved and general idea of the process of the maintenance activities. They will carry out day to day basic maintenance jobs independently under normal supervision. Housekeeping is an important issue, as is the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. They must ensure that all the activities are carried out in compliance with QAFCO occupational health, Quality, Safety, Energy and Environment procedures.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Carry out the assigned day-to-day routine and non-routine maintenance activities independently under normal supervision to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards. Provide advice on completion of work verbally or completing work sheets in order that superior can effectively monitor overall work progress against plans. Gain approval for cold work permits in order to facilitate the execution of assigned tasks in compliance with safety requirements. Conduct toolbox meeting to discuss scheduled work activities and ensure correct tools and safety equipment are available prior to commencement of work. Identify and report problems / findings to immediate superior in order to avert possible malfunction of equipment. Provide work direction to contract-hired manpower. Lead group of contracted manpower to carry out specific tasks during shutdown.<br><br>Desired Candidate Profile<br><br>Minimum of High School + 2 years Diploma in relevant discipline Minimum of 5 years direct experience working in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Oil & Gas Industry. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good experience of maintenance of Ammonia, Urea, Melamine, desalination and chemical processing plant. Know basic signal circuit design; know types of signals and transmission devices; design and install transmission systems between measurement and control element devices and control equipment; know the transmission system architecture. Know data backup and data restore policy. Develop and implement the data backup and data restore procedures and systems necessary to ensure complete information systems (IS) disaster recovery capability. Know how to select and obtain a spare part utilizing the correct procedures and methods. Technical Knowledge & Troubleshooting skills on Honeywell ESD systems , Triconex,GE Mark VI, Siemens PDCS , Allen Bradley. Know how to use the full complement of firefighting equipment and understand the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
