<p><h4>Responsibilities</h4> <p>The programme lead (senior planning engineer) is responsible for developing, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting project schedules to ensure the successful delivery of projects in accordance with approved timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements. <p>Manage project deliverables and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Support planning, definition of project objectives, and development of methods to deliver them, in line with client, contract, and corporate requirements. Lead stakeholder and authority coordination, resolving conflicting requirements to keep approvals and activities on track. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and report progress, milestones, and risks (cost/schedule) to senior management. Participate in regular design, construction, stakeholder, and authority meetings to review status and define actions. Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors on design, construction, handover requirements, and execution of handover works. Prepare handover-related reports, manuals, and guidelines as required by the client. Support the Construction Supervision team as PMC representative overseeing contract handovers. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p>* Supervise the EPIC Contractors during the execution of construction activities at construction site.* Participate in reviewing detailed design drawings, method statements, material requisitions, and etc.<br>* Supervise and approve construction activities and co-ordinate various aspects of project construction including inspections, material submissions and working drawings from contractors, and processing documentation as required.</p><br><br><p>* Supervise Fiber Optic cable installation and splicing works.* Supervise installation of Fire Alarm Control Panels, Repeater Panels and Mimic Panels.<br>* Supervise installation of Control junction boxes and Panels.* Good knowledge in reading and understanding Equipment Layout drawings.<br>* Overall coordination with Mechanical works, HVAC works, Fire alarm &amp; Loss prevention system works, Building Services works and etc.* Cable termination and Loop checking.<br>* Co-ordinate pre-commissioning activities and assist during commissioning of facilities.* Initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC), Hand Over Certificate (HOC), Acceptance Certificate (AC), and facilitate the issuance of Project Completion &amp; Discharge Certificates.<br>* Witness SAT pre commissioning activities for equipment.* Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments.<br>* Reports to supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.* Sign work permits on behalf of Company and to ensure that contractor's compliance with work permits.<br>* Participate in development of as-built drawings/documentation.* Prepare Punch list for finished work prior to hand over to Company by contractor by paying special attention to all ELV equipment including Quality checks.<br>* Works closely with other Company Construction Supervisors (Mech / Elect).* Report to Company Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.<br>* Accountable for supervising contractor's work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing Company safety standards on the work site.* Liaise and report with the QC Inspector on quality related matters.<br>* Liaise with the HSE Supervisor on safety related matters.* Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with project quality plans and inspection &amp; test plans (ITPs).<br>* Co-ordinate with concerned and End User parties to resolve site issues and refer technical queries to senior construction supervisor and project engineer.* Review contractors' construction plans and schedules including method statements and JSAs.</p><br><br><ul> <li>Candidate must possess a Degree from recognized University or Diploma in Instrumentation or Electrical/Electronics Engineering with extensive construction related experience.</li> <li>Good skills in construction management, effective communication, conflict resolution.
