About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Animal Health business and drive the growth and development of strategic customer accounts across the assigned market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-value accounts, developing long-term customer relationships, achieving sales and margin targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring strong commercial and collection performance. This role requires a strong understanding of the Animal Health and Veterinary market, combined with proven experience in key account management, consultative selling, negotiations, and commercial planning.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop strategic key accounts, including major farms, veterinary groups, pharmacies, corporate customers, and other high-value Animal Health accounts. Develop and execute effective annual account plans and sales strategies for assigned key accounts. Achieve agreed sales, gross margin, and collection targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including veterinarians, procurement teams, farm owners, pharmacy groups, and business owners. Identify and develop opportunities for new business, cross-selling, upselling, and portfolio expansion. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions in collaboration with Scientific Advisors and Technical teams. Lead customer negotiations related to pricing, commercial terms, tenders, contracts, agreements, and promotions, in line with company policies and approval processes. Take ownership of sales and collection activities, ensuring timely follow-up and payment collection from assigned accounts. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, account plans, pipeline updates, and performance reports. Provide market intelligence, including competitor activities, market trends, pricing developments, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities. Coordinate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Technical teams to ensure effective customer service and execution. Monitor account performance and proactively address commercial, operational, or customer-related issues.
