Checking of drawings / models and maintaining quality of deliverable Complete detailed designs from structural engineering sketches and specifications. <p>The Procurement Coordinator will work closely with the BSL Head Office Team and be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational procurement activities as per the needs of the organisation, ensuring purchases are made in a timely, cost-effective and compliant manner. The role will manage day-to-day tasks without constant supervision within a clearly governed process framework developing the core procurement knowledge, supplier relationships, and process expertise needed for further career development within the procurement function. This will include: Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of the company s supplier management review and reporting process, as guided by the Procurement Lead. Assisting in building and maintaining positive working relationships with local Qatari and regional subcontractors. Ensuring adherence to the company s governance, processes, and procedures at all times. Duties and responsibilities Support procurement activities for operational requirements, including issuing RFQs/RFPs and raising POs under the general guidance of the Procurement Lead. Follow procurement processes and governance in accordance with the procurement manual at all times. Assist in supplier evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of the approved supplier list/database, including conducting due diligence checks on new suppliers prior to onboarding. Support the Procurement Lead in the tender process and in supplier evaluation, onboarding, and database maintenance. Coordinate with finance on invoice or payment queries linked to POs and escalate issues or non-compliance promptly Effectively use BSL procurement system to process transactions, while identifying and flagging opportunities for system or process improvement. Carry out other transactional procurement duties as instructed, building the experience and judgment needed for greater responsibility within procurement over time. Key Accountabilities RFQs/POs are issued within agreed timeframes and free from material errors as measured against agreed KPIs. Consistent adherence to the procurement manual and governance framework with no material non-compliance findings in internal reviews or audits. Approved supplier list and due diligence records are kept current, complete and compliant with onboarding requirements. Internal queries and supplier related discrepancies are addressed or escalated within agreed response times. This is a unique opportunity to incubate and grow a new business vertical within Agoda from the ground up.<br><br>We are looking for someone who can handle ambiguity well while remaining independent in developing fast-paced initiatives across this new and interesting product.<br><br>In this Role, You Will <br><br>Help on defining the Product Customer Value Proposition and Go To Market (GTM) Strategy Design optimization strategy for the product across the full funnel – from user across key business metrices (i.e., acquisition, activation, transaction growth, top-ups loyalty and customer engagement) Execute the marketing strategy: e.g., Launch the different marketing channels (e.g., paid search, app campaigns, affiliates)  Optimize performance campaigns across channels such as; App campaigns, KOL initiative and Paid search Optimize incentives via campaigns across markets to drive business objectives while maintaining sustainable unit economics Work closely with Product and Design to Shape onboarding, in-app messaging, and key user journeys Collaborate with Fintech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure campaigns, claims, and messaging are accurate, compliant, and easy for customers to understand and translate regulatory constraints into clear, user‑friendly communications Build and continuously improve dashboards, reporting, and processes on your respective portfolio to scale operationally over time. This is a sole contributor role with strong visibility across Managers and Directors <br><br>What You’ll Need To Succeed<br><br>Must Have Qualifications Marketing expertise: At least 3 years of experience with running strategic initiative within the e-commerce, consulting, OTA and fintech space Strong analytical skills:Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, payback, cohorts) Ability to pull and analyze data using SQL and/or self‑serve BI tools Demonstrated entrepreneurial / builder mentality:Able to operate in ambiguity, set up new processes, and “figure things out” without a playbook.
