Integrate AIM with 3D visualization (AVEVA E3D/PDMS models, laser scan/point cloud data) and cross-reference tags, documents, and models into a navigable digital twin. Generate and reports on data conformance, consistency, and completeness against defined information standards using AVEVA BI Gateway. Configure gateways and interfaces to adjacent systems: PI System/historians, CMMS/EAM (SAP PM, Maximo), document management systems, and AVEVA Unified Operations Center where deployed. Execute deployments under air-gapped and firewalled site constraints typical of national oil company environments, including offline installation, patching, and license management. Technical Leadership & Practice Development Act as the AIM subject-matter Expert in pre-sales: solution architecture, effort estimation, demonstration environments, and technical responses to RFQs/RFPs. Own and evolve reusable practice assets: configuration templates, class library baselines, data-loading toolkits, validation scripts, and delivery runbooks under the practice document register. <li>Coordinate with Project execution department, engineering, operations and maintenance teams during projects' FEED and EPIC stages to align operations, maintenance, Asset Integrity and HSE requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues, punch lists and warranty issues during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages until the projects are successfully commissioned and handed over.</li>
<li>Support lead engineer or his supervisor and ensure that all applicable environmental, process and safety technical policies, standards are fully integrated and implemented. Provide necessary support during any incident analysis, failure investigations etc.</li>
<li>Ensure SIMOPS, Various project interfaces so that shutdown activities are properly planned for effective execution.</li>

Provide advanced technical expertise, supervision, and quality control for all scaffolding, insulation, and painting (SIP) activities across company facilities. Ensure safe execution, compliance with international standards, and support maintenance, shutdowns, and project activities to maintain plant integrity and reliability.

Insulation Works

Painting & Coating
• Supervise surface preparation (blasting, cleaning) and coating applications.

Maintenance & Turnaround Support

• Liaise with maintenance, operations, and contractors’ teams to ensure safe, timely, and coordinated execution of work.
Team Leadership
• Guide and mentor technicians and contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of scaffolding, insulation, and painting activities.
• Ensure workforce competency and productivity with company standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize daily maintenance activities to meet operational schedules and maintain continuous plant reliability.

• Provide critical input to support the development of Section’s systems, policies, processes, and procedures in order to meet business requirements.

Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Responsible for environmental engineering and compliance activities associated with onshore greenfield and brownfield project scopes. Provides technical input across detailed engineering design, procurement, installation, construction, and commissioning of onshore facilities to ensure full adherence to applicable environmental standards and regulatory requirements, particularly for power generation & associated projects.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in environmental engineering within the power generation industry, either with a power generation company or as part of a consultant/contractor team, preferably on major greenfield projects. Experience managing and coordinating environmental interfaces with third parties and external authorities. Experience developing and endorsing environmental/HSE specifications and participating in HSE/Environmental studies such as HAZID, EIA, ENVID, HIRA, and dispersion/modelling studies. Strong knowledge of international environmental regulations, industry best practices, and company specifications/standards. Experience developing and reviewing Operational or Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP), Waste Management Plans (WMP), Oil Spill Prevention and Response Plans, and related environmental procedures. Familiarity with environmental impact assessment of process systems during drilling, construction, transportation, installation, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning. Experience assessing environmental risks related to decommissioning, abandonment, and demolition of existing facilities. Strong communication, presentation, and conflict management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining oversight of critical technical issues and risks.
