Job Summary<br><br>To provide assistance in building and maintaining relationships with the bank’s customers in Qatar, through selling and cross-selling products and services, as well as providing solutions based on client needs with the objective of achieving sales targets, while ensuring that credit quality is maintained.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Relationship Management<br><br>Coordinate the day-to-day business development activities and processes for portfolio of Wholesale Banking as well as the acquisition of new customers in order to facilitate the achievement of Corporate banking growth objectives Follow proper due-diligence process and structure to protect the Bank’s interests and work efficiently to book the new relationships Maximize product penetration and cross selling by undertaking joint customer visits with relevant CBQ specialists in order to support overall selling activities Provide continuous studies about structured finance and investment banking opportunities Participate in the identification and establishment of new relationships, consistent with the Bank’s strategic and commercial objectives Prepare regular meetings with portfolio clients to introduce CBQ products and services in order to maximize portfolio revenues and ensure that customers are satisfied with services received Assist in the maintenance of ongoing dialogue with customers to ensure that they are aware of all CBQ products/services relevant to their situation and credit analysis Collect credit request and documents from the customers and conduct necessary analysis to check plausibility against preliminary rejection criteria, and submit necessary documents to Credit Analysis in order to facilitate the credit analysis and approval process Ensure payment collections by reminding customers at or near their due date while actively pursuing renewals<br><br>Customer Analysis<br><br>Gather information on existing and potential customers; analyse their credit worthiness, credit data compilation and financial information interpretation in order to ensure a continuous workflow with all required information available. Profile existing and potential clients in order to identify overall banking needs and thus introduce clients to appropriate new products and services. Develop account plans in a consistent and timely manner in order to swiftly follow-up on identified business opportunities and regularly update team leader about portfolio’s accounts development. Manage client portfolios according to needs to maximise product sales, footprint, AUM and optimise returns. Time Out are looking for a dynamic commercial leader to join its revenue generating team in Doha, where they will pitch, plan and deliver market-leading campaigns for its commercial partners. You should have robust experience working with teams, launching products and selling media solutions, in addition to an established network of contacts across the region, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and a passion for selling unique executions. This role is client-facing across the region.<br><br>Key responsibilitie<br>s<br>Driving & managing monthly revenue across Time Out Doha and other GCC territories Responsible for pitching innovative executions for a wide variety of different clients. Exceed revenue targets via professional, high-quality pitching and presenting, both in response to briefs provided by clients and by proactively developing and pitching new concepts to potential brand partners. Drive brand-new revenue across both brands by establishing relationships with new partners and clients. Manage a client list and work closely with PR and media agencies, building and maintaining strong relationships in the industry. Create monthly and seasonal offers and products to increase and diversify opportunities for brand and commercial partners, identifying potential for events and activations. Create high-quality presentations that bring each pitch to life during the sales process, and flawless post-campaign reports. Think beyond the group, working with the Group Commercial Director to identify partners and brands from ITP Media Group’s stable for company-wide amplification of campaigns. Work with the Commercial Director to ensure client briefs are exceeded, and the editorial director to ensure ALL executions reflects overall content / editorial standards and strategy.
