Job Summary<br><br>This role is part of the Business or Office Systems Group comprising of Systems Analysts. The primary responsibility is to analyse the business needs to help identify business problems and propose solutions. They should work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.<br><br>The Senior IT Systems Analyst should be able to run internal IT projects and play a significant role in major IT related projects by safeguarding the standards for Project Management, Change Management, documentation, training, and quality of the projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, and deadlines met.<br><br>They should follow standard software operations/development methodology. He / She reviews and approves system specifications, programming, and technical analysis for his / her team. He / She takes responsibility for his / her team’s project work schedule. This is a hands-on sales position. It is not a showroom desk job, a design-only position or a management title without fieldwork. Main Responsibilities Morning Shift – Business Development & Field Sales Identify and contact potential companies and project clients.
