Job Summary<br><br>The role holder will support the Corporate Sustainability Department in driving ESG disclosure and transparency by managing data collection, analysis and auditing workstreams for sustainability reporting.<br><br>The role holder will support the development of the annual QAFCO Sustainability Reports, for example, ESG and IFRS S1 & S2 Reports, and any other reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of sustainability frameworks and reporting best practices.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Gathering relevant data and information to assess the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Manage the response to external sustainability requests, surveys, and other regulatory reporting, certifications. Support the QAFCO Sustainability Plan through effective planning, monitoring, review, and development of the Plan and its related systems, processes, performance measures, activities, and corporate reporting. Support the Department in the identification, monitoring and reporting of Sustainability Risks and Opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, track, and report data related to sustainability initiatives and ensure data accuracy. Analyze impact of current reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders and support the enhancement of these processes. Development of communication strategies that will support stakeholder engagement. Keeping up to date with the latest sustainability reporting trends and regulations. Benchmark best practices and provide recommendations to continue improving ESG data disclosures. Assess impact of internal and external organizational reporting changes on QAFCO stakeholders in terms of sustainability. Proactively identify and recommend process and technology solutions to continuously optimize the data collection, verification and audit processes. Ensures own practices and behaviors are aligned with QAFCO vision, values, standards and procedures. Encourage others to demonstrate key behaviors in order to achieve department objectives. Reviews and provide necessary recommendations for improvements on the departmental policies in order to ensure smooth operations and establish a positive image of the company internally and externally.<br><br>Desired Candidate Profile<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., Sustainable Development, Environmental Science, etc.).5-8 years’ direct and relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the petrochemical or oil & gas industry. Experience quantifying climate risk, carbon reporting and emissions reduction strategies. Experience with Materiality Assessments. Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, standards, and best practices. Proficient in data analysis, research, and report writing. Familiarity with or ability to learn reporting tools like, Eco Vadis and Sedex or tools serving similar functions. Life Cycle Assessment and Product Carbon Footprint calculations skills. Able to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment with the ability to foster collaborative relationships. Ability to distill and communicate complex details and data into consumable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The Events & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities for Baraha Town to enhance its brand presence, increase footfall, and support tenant success. Document and record policies that govern career services operations; including but not limited to career counselling, student employment, external employer relations and career fair organization. Provide career advising, counselling and support to students; guide them on resume and cover letter reviews, job search strategy coaching and interview preparation. Support in the organization of the annual career fair of the University, other career events, workshops and programs for students. Support the student employment processes, by ensuring all stages are successfully executed and deliverables are met. Support and assist students in securing and completing work term placements. Support in conducting career assessment for students using career tools and techniques, to determine their suitability for potential career paths. Develop career-related resources, such as career guides, tip sheets, and online tools, that students can use to further their career goals. Maintain a database of employers, with key contact information, to assist students with identifying potential career opportunities. Ensure that all documentation pertaining to the career services function of the University are updated and accurately documented. Assist in collecting and analyzing data on career services programs and initiatives that will support data-driven decision making on career program development and improvement<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Education and Certifications:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required<br><br>Experience:<br><br>Minimum 5 years of related experience such as career advising, student counselling and related.<br><br>Language: <br><br>Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English language is required.<br><br>Other Required Skills:<br><br>Highly detail-oriented individual with a proactive can-do attitude to work is essential. A commitment to positive relationship building and effective working relationships across all levels of the organizations is required.
