Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead transformational, national-scale initiatives in the financial and tax domains. You will manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning digital tax systems, e-invoicing frameworks, legal harmonization, and national stakeholder engagement—ensuring alignment with strategic national goals. Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and timely resolutions are achieved to keep the project on track. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong, clear communication with key stakeholders, including government bodies, legal teams, IT departments, and external consultants, providing regular updates on project progress. Budget & Resource Management: Manage multi-million-dollar project resources, ensuring budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated efficiently. Escalation Management: Handle escalations and conflict resolution to keep projects on schedule and within scope. Reporting & Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). PMP/Prince2 certification or equivalent is highly desirable.15+ years of experience managing large, complex projects in the financial, tax, or public sectors. ERP experience is preferable. Proven experience implementing national financial and tax regulations, including e-invoicing mandates. TAX systems, e-invoicing frameworks is plus. Proven experience in rolling out national agenda projects over multiple years, with a track record of managing projects of significant scope and scale. Ability to work effectively in demanding project environments, handling day-to-day project management tasks, including the development of project plans, communication plans, and an escalation matrix. Strong ability to deconstruct complex initiatives into actionable work packages using best practices in RACI, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Government Relations & Immigration Manager to join (UCC Holding Group) in Doha, Qatar. This role will be responsible for managing all HR-related interactions with Qatari government authorities, ensuring employees maintain valid work authorization and residency status while ensuring full compliance with immigration, labour, and sponsorship regulations.
