<p>Minimum 3 years' experience sailing aboard oceangoing vessels in the Engine Department, in either a licensed or unlicensed role</p>

The Research Officer/Specialist leads research on media industry topics, trends and dynamics. He/she performs competitive landscape analysis, summarizes findings for internal and external stakeholders, while managing and maintaining research data and reports, and liaising with external research partners and providers as needed. Summary:The Public Relations Officer /Specialist (PRO) will be responsible for managing all government-related documentation, processing legal paperwork, and liaising with relevant Qatari authorities. <p>The main role of the Senior Technical Officer is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, to help and support his team by giving direction to the Technical Officers and Technicians, and to support the improvement efforts in the department to increase the performance.
