Job Purpose Responsible for monitoring and controlling project costs, budgets, commitments, actual expenditure, forecasts, and cost performance throughout the EPC project lifecycle. The role provides accurate cost information and early warning of potential cost overruns.<br>Key Responsibilities Monitor project budget, actual cost, commitments, accruals, and forecast against the approved cost baseline. Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and cost variance analysis. Prepare and maintain ETC (Estimate to Complete) and EAC (Estimate at Completion). Monitor project cost performance using EVM, CPI, SPI, CV and SV. Coordinate with Planning to ensure cost and progress data are properly aligned. Maintain Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and cost coding. Monitor Purchase Orders, subcontracts, commitments, and invoices. Prepare and monitor monthly accruals and reconcile costs with Finance. Track variations, change orders, and their cost impact on the project. Monitor cost trends, risks, and potential budget overruns and provide early warnings. Support project cash-flow forecasting and management reporting. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Contracts, Commercial, Planning, and Finance teams. Support project close-out and final cost reporting.<br>Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.4–6 years of experience in Cost Control / Project Controls. EPC experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Industrial, Power, Digital & Infrastructure projects preferred. Good knowledge of EPC cost control, EVM, CPI/SPI, ETC/EAC, commitments, accruals, and forecasting. Strong MS Excel skills. Experience with Primavera P6, SAP, Oracle, Eco Sys, Power BI, or similar systems is an advantage. Good analytical, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
<p>To provide professional technical guidance, with full responsibility and accountability, to ensure that the Quality Management System is well implemented within the offshore EPIC Projects.</p><p>To ensure and monitor full compliance with Standards, Shell Dep's, and applicable International Codes throughout the projects performed, which shall be addressed in the relevant Project Quality Plans (PQP).</p><p>Prepare the Project QMS documentation in accordance with requirements.</p><p>Manage and follow-up on implementation of QMS compliance requirements in Contracts.</p><p>Act as a PMT Focal Point for Corporate/external audits. Coordinate with Project Team and EBS for planning and conducting second party audits on Contractors and participate in assigned audits during contracts execution.</p><p>Guide subordinates (call-off) and Project Team on various activities related to latest version of ISO 9001 Standard, QMS system documentation and certification requirements.</p><p>Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) in coordination with the Project Team.</p><p>Ensure that EPIC Contractors required Project Quality Plan (PQP) is established and adhered to throughout the Project Life Cycle.</p><p>Review the EPIC Scope of Services (SOS) and Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure that quality and technical requirements are incorporated which include Contractor/Supplier's QA/QC and relevant engineering and construction deliverables and any other Technical / System documents.</p><p>Participate in pre-qualification of EPIC Contractors/Sub-Contractors and Vendors, as required, monitor and enforce compliance with ISO 9001, QP-QAL-STD-004, PML/SML, etc.</p><p>Participate in EPIC technical bid evaluation of the Bidders to ensure that quality requirements as per QP-QAL-STD-004 are included, addressed, and understood.</p><p>Review Contractor/Supplier's engineering and construction deliverables with specific emphasis to QA/QC and coordinate with relevant engineering discipline specialists on issues related to materials/corrosion/special processes etc.; to enforce compliance to contract requirements.</p><p>Ensure deviation & non-conformance control system is implemented to meet the departmental compliance requirements.</p><p>Verify the resolution of deviations related to corrective and preventive actions and proper closure of NCRs and CARs.</p><p>Lead multi-discipline QA/QC Team (call-off) within the Project Teams and ensure that the Inspection Test Plans and procedures are in place and adhered to throughout the project life cycle.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University, preferably a Mechanical degree. Master's degree is also preferable.</li><li>Membership of a recognized Professional Institution of Relevance is preferable.</li><li>Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas projects, including solid offshore experience, minimum 5 years in similar senior positions.</li><li>Qualified as Lead ISO 9001 Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality are desirable. Working knowledge and experience with international codes and standards relevant to quality.</li><li>Familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance & control relevant to Oil and Gas or Infrastructure and Civil projects during engineering development, procurement, construction & commissioning.</li><li>Working knowledge in the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.</li><li>Working knowledge in offshore construction, welding & NDE (conventional and nonconventional techniques) is essential.</li><li>Proficient in the English language (both written & spoken).</li><li>Leadership skills to motivate and organize Project and Contractors quality & Inspection Teams to achieve a high-performance level.</li></ul>

<p>Overview:</p><p>The primary functions of an AFE is to manage the spares movement inbound and outbound the warehouse, resolution of minor incidents that are raised by our customers and assisting on parts deliveries to Field Engineers & Service Partner Engineers onsite.
