Job Description<br><p>We are currently looking Senior Data Architect (Data & AI) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.</p><br><p>Required Skills and Experience</p><br><p>• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Management, Data Engineering, or related disciplines, preferably within banking or financial services.</p><br><p>• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture</p><br><p>• principles, data modeling, data integration, and data governance frameworks.</p><br><p>• Strong knowledge with modern data platforms, data warehouses, lakehouses, ETL/ELT frameworks, and analytics ecosystems.</p><br><p>• Understanding of AI/ML data ecosystems, AI data requirements, and Responsible AI principles.</p><br><p>• Experience reviewing architecture designs across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.</p><br><p>• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and regulatory data management requirements.</p><br><p>• Strong analytical, architectural, and stakeholder management skills.</p><br><p>• GCC and/or Qatar banking experience is highly desirable.</p><br><p>• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, DAMA, CDMP, and Cloud Architecture certifications are preferred.</p><br><p>Key Responsibilities</p><br><p>• Govern and oversee the Enterprise Data Architecture framework supporting Data Analytics and AI initiatives across the organization.</p><br><p>• Define and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business, analytics, and AI requirements.</p><br><p>• Review and validate data architecture designs, end-to-end data flows, data lineage, and integration patterns to ensure compliance with Data Governance, Data Quality, Security, and Privacy requirements.</p><br><p>• Assess AI use cases from a technical architecture perspective, including data sourcing, integration, scalability, performance, and alignment with the target data architecture.</p><br><p>• Establish and maintain technical controls supporting Responsible AI (RAI), including data validation, bias detection, explainability, traceability, and monitoring frameworks.</p><br><p>• Review and evaluate vendor solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, integration capabilities, security requirements, and performance expectations.</p><br><p>• Conduct data-focused assessments of third-party solutions, ensuring compliance with data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements.</p><br><p>• Review Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), solution designs, and Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR) from a data architecture perspective.</p><br><p>• Govern data integration frameworks, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, streaming, and batch-based data flows across enterprise systems.</p><br><p>• Support regulatory compliance initiatives, audits, and architecture governance forums.</p><br><p>• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Data Governance, AI Governance, Responsible AI, and Architecture Review forums.</p><br><p>Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)</p><br><br><br> </div>

<li>Organize and coordinate the development and implementation of metering engineering plans and activities, providing advice and technical expertise in metering equipment and instrumentation integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project readiness, and safe and seamless start-up of projects.</li>

<li>Develop and implement comprehensive metering plans for projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations and project specifications. Develop and implement detailed engineering specifications and standards for metering equipment and instrumentation in line with operational needs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams across OES projects to integrate metering systems into facility designs meeting operational and contractual requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate the installation, calibration and testing of metering devices to ensure accuracy and reliability.</li>
<li>Conduct audits and inspections of metering systems to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure operational, contractual and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Provide technical expertise in assessing metering equipment integrity, ensuring alignment with project specifications, and maintaining adherence to stringent quality standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of metering equipment procured for projects.</li>
<li>Prepare the technical specifications for metering contracts including scope of work and contribute to the evaluation of calls for tender for metering services, and annual budget preparation and audits as required by company relevant procedures.</li>
<li>Interface with regulatory authorities and certification bodies to ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations. Coordinate with vendors and external agencies for specialized metering and innovative technologies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with operations, engineering and project teams to conduct thorough risk assessments, emphasizing safety, reliability, and environmental considerations to achieve project readiness.</li>
<li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry's best practices, recommending and implementing innovative metering methodologies to enhance reliability and contribute to efficient project start-ups.</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in instrumentation or electronics engineering.</li>
<li>Six (6) years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, process plant or power plant with a minimum of four (4) years in the field of flow measurement and metering.</li>
<li>Competent in various engineering software tools related to flow measurement and metering like Kelton flow calculation, S600 flow computer applications etc.</li>
<li>Aware of ISO standards on flow measurement.</li>
<li>Fluent in English language (demonstrated verbal and written skills).</li>
<li>Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and knowledgeable in relevant software tools and specifications.</li>
<li>Conversant with using Meridium or similar data management software.</li>
