Join us.<br> <br>Job Description<br> <br>Job Summary<br> <br>We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to support the planning, scheduling, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of airport construction and fit-out projects. The role will work closely with the Project Manager, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project activities are properly planned, progress is accurately monitored, delays are identified, and corrective actions are followed through to successful completion.<br> <br>The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project controls, preferably within airport, aviation, commercial, or complex infrastructure projects.<br> <br>Key Responsibilities<br> Support the Project Manager in planning, coordination, monitoring, and reporting of airport projects. Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules, baseline programmes, lookahead programmes, and progress trackers. Provide regular schedule and progress updates to the Project Manager and management team. <br>Qualifications<br> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. 7-10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or airport projects. Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project. Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and schedule updates. Experience in preparing weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, lookahead programmes, and management presentations. Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point for reporting and data analysis. Airport or major infrastructure project experience is preferred.
