Monitor and verify CONTRACTOR's preservation activities meet project requirements. Coordinate, capture, and share SC Lessons Learned (LL) for inclusion in the project lessons learned register. Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers. Ensure accurate and complete as-built documentation and certification dossiers for turnover to Operations. <p>Provide technical guidance to support the Transportation Network and Airfield Pavement Activity Management Plan (TNAP) AMP as required by the contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP), and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. Essential <b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><p>• Provides management service of airfield pavements and transportation infrastructure networks to enable the safe and efficient movement of people, equipment, aircraft, and material across the installation and airfield.</p><p>• Advise and assist in a portfolio-wide view of facilities and linear infrastructure at the highest level.</p><p>• Provide technical guidance to support the Heavy Pavements Sub-AMP, Pavements/Airfield Pavements Sub-AMP duties and responsibilities.</p><p>• Responsible for an asset lifecycle management portfolio containing all Air Force-owned roads, bridges, parking lots, curbs and gutters, traffic signals, signage, marking, sidewalks, walkways, rail systems, docks, final denial barriers (FDB), FDB control systems, FDB supporting safety systems and traffic management and planning.</p><p>• This AMP Manager s subject matter expertise shall lend itself to providing the Government with recommendations on how best to invest in the assets under their purview and align its efforts under four main lines of effort: Asset Visibility, Requirements, Planning, and Performance.</p><p>• Advise and assist the Government to ensure the asset inventory reflects sufficient level of detail to enable investment decisions.</p><p>• Advise and assist with the development of the Future Years Defense Program +3 (FYDP+3) for infrastructure pavements.</p><p>• Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) reviews of data and use gap analysis to identify where Sub-AMP and subject matter experts shall collect additional data.</p><p>• Implement data standards for assets within respective portfolios and provide guidance to Sub-AMPs and the Built Infrastructure Assessment Team (BIAT) on which inventory to prioritize and advise on how often and when to conduct condition assessments.</p><p>• Support condition assessments and provide guidance to ensure relevant data has visibility and analysis.</p><p>• Work with Operations Flight shops, subject matter experts, and the Engineering Flight to advise and assist the Government on the condition assessment methodology and approach to ensure the data is adequate and the data resulting from the condition assessments are properly documented.</p><p>• Advise and assist the Government in defining and prioritizing requirements within respective activities.</p><p>• Integrate requirements from Sub-AMPs within their activity and identify target years for project development, design, and execution.</p><p>• Advise and assist on creating requirements to support future opportunities deriving from asset analysis.</p><p>• Utilize appropriate systems to identify investment requirements at facility or equivalent master-asset level to repair/sustain systems throughout their life cycle.</p><p>• Advise and assist on developing requirements which may be executed through organic Operations Flight labor or through projects managed in the Engineering Flight.</p><p>• Perform work planning, including grouping of requirements into opportunities and developing a rough cost and work estimate for them.</p><p>• Lead semi-annual AMP working groups. Through our Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and TIVOLI properties, Minor Hotels operates in 50+ countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe and South America.<br><br>The Buggy Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric and gasoline-powered buggies/golf carts used in operations, hospitality, events, resorts, airports, or industrial facilities.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Perform preventive maintenance on buggies/golf carts. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults. Repair batteries, motors, controllers, brakes, steering, suspension, and lighting systems. Conduct routine inspections and safety checks. Replace defective parts and components. Maintain charging systems and battery health. Keep maintenance records and service reports updated. Ensure vehicles are clean, operational, and available for daily use. Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency repair requests. Follow workplace safety and manufacturer guidelines.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Experience in golf cart, buggy, or small vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of electric vehicle systems and battery troubleshooting. Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment. <strong>Primary Purpose of the Job</strong><br><ul><li>Responsible for the safe loading operation of crude oil, NGL condensate and naphtha at Offshore berth- Single Point mooring and Multi Product Berth. Responsibility for all terminal metering and loading operations on a 24 hour cycle basis and assumes responsibility of the oil transportation pipelines, oil metering stations, utilities, pumps etc. of the Terminal.</li><li>Supervision and control of all aspects of crude oil, naphtha and condensate tanker loading operations DCS (Distributed Control System) Panel from multi- product berth and single point mooring and checks, finalises the Bill of Lading quantity.</li></ul> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><p>8 years in Oil & Gas Industry in Terminal Loading Operations.</p><br> <br><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong><br><p>Higher National Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is mandatory. Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering is preferred.</p><br> </div>
