About the role: <br>Responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance and personnel involved in rubber removal and surface cleaning activities across runways, taxiways and aprons at both Hamad International Airport and Doha International Airport. This role ensures full compliance with aviation safety regulations, maximizes equipment performance, and coordinates efficient scheduling of cleaning operations to uphold runway friction standards and maintain continuous operational readiness.<br>Coordinate with Motor Transport Section for preventive maintenance schedules for all pavement maintenance equipment to ensure timely performance of maintenance. Manage the inventory of spare parts, consumables, and tools essential for maintenance and repair, optimizing stock levels to minimize waste, prevent shortages, and enhance efficiency. Coordinate effectively with suppliers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for timely maintenance, repairs, calibration, and upgrades of all equipment. <p>Manage Contractors full pipeline pre commissioning and decommissioning scope from engineering planning through offshore execution and closeout.</p><p>Review and approve contractors pre commissioning and decommissioning philosophies, execution strategies, and method statements.</p><p>Coordinate activities related to pipeline pre-commissioning and decommissioning such as Flooding, Cleaning, Gauging, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, Drying and N2 purging whereas for de-commissioning - Pipeline isolation, Depressurization, Flushing, Cleaning, Subsea Pipeline cutting, Pipeline recovery, Abandonment in place, Grouting or capping, Spool removal, Subsea tie-in disconnection.</p><p>Review contractors engineering calculations for Hydrotest pressure, Test duration, Fill volumes, Pig train configuration, Dewatering flow rates, Drying acceptance criteria, Nitrogen requirements, Compressor capacity, Pump sizing, Temporary equipment requirements</p><p>Support engineering teams in defining decommissioning boundaries, pipeline status, contents, and isolation requirements.</p><p>Ensure contractor's pre commissioning and decommissioning activities are planned in line with SIMOPS, HSE, environmental, and marine requirements.</p><p>Coordinate with contractors, offshore operations, offshore VMT, diving, ROV, marine, and HSE teams for safe execution.</p><p>Manage punch lists, technical queries, site queries, and non-conformances related to pipeline pre-commissioning and de commissioning.</p><p>Act as the office-based focal point for offshore pipeline decommissioning and pre-commissioning activities and support offshore teams with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and decision-making during execution.</p><p>Provide technical support for offshore changes, deviations, unexpected field conditions and formulating recovery plans including Management of Change</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's degree in engineering in mechanical engineering or subsea engineering.</p><p>8 years offshore installation experience on vessels in Transport &amp; Installation activities with minimum 1 years as supervisory role in related field.</p><p>5 years experience as Field Engineer or site supervisor onboard installation vessels for similar activities with emphasis on decommissioning of subsea facilities.</p><p>Previous work experience with other major operators or LNG and knowledge of QELNG PTW systems is desirable but not mandatory.</p><p>Extensive Knowledge in subsea pipeline pre commissioning and de commissioning, pipeline pigging, subsea isolation plugs, subsea decommissioning tools.</p><p>Demonstrate extensive experience of pre-commissioning vessel supervision and Familiarity with international standards such as DNVST-F101, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, API standards, ISO pipeline and offshore standards, any Client-specific offshore standard</p><p>Expertise in submarine pipeline decommissioning, including the use of technical plugs (e.g., STATS company isolation plugs) for safe isolation and abandonment.</p><p>Fluent English</p><p>MS Office proficiency</p><p>High-pressure environment experience</p><p>Problem solving ability</p><p>Team collaboration.</p>

Responsibilities + Performs the full range of repair and modification work on heavy/light equipment and vehicles powered by internal combustion engines. + Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions. + Accurately troubleshoots, isolates, and identify faults of equipment systems and subsystems. + Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges, and computerized diagnostic devices. + Repairs, relines, replaces, and adjusts. + Follows checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas. + Follows repair procedures, using charts, and technical manuals. + Tests and adjusts repaired systems to meet military performance specifications. + Performs routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune-ups. + Disassemble units and inspect parts for wear, using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Performs other duties as assigned. Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Perform studies, develop, evaluate, initiate and plan infrastructure projects to ensure<br><br>that all Electrical Infrastructure within Industrial Cities Directorate area including Ports<br><br>are in place to accommodate the anticipated growth of existing and future Asset<br><br>Operators / Business Partners / Industries.
