Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and communication plans. Ensure compliance with PM@Siemens principles, customer requirements, and contractual obligations. Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans when required.
