About the role:<br>Manages and represents the COO's office, providing confidential administrative support to an excellent standard. Acts as the main point of contact for the COO's Office and supports the development, execution, and follow-up of departmental strategy.<br>Key responsibilities<br>Prepare administration-related reports and analyses, taking a lead role in establishing and improving policies and procedures. Security design solutions across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.<br>PPA is building a permanent, full-time, site-based Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Qatar to support its growing mission-critical project portfolio.<br>The Project Manager leads the PMC team on site and holds full accountability for project delivery – scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety – acting as the Responsible for physical loading and offloading of items, boxes, cages and pallets by manual handling, operating the truck tail lifts, pushing cages by hand and using pallet lifters to move the pallets. Work includes continuous physical movements.<br><br><strong>Operation<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive QDF Heavy Trucks to transport stock and materials to and from various QDF locations to ensure timely receipt of items at destination for business requirements.
