Job Description<br><br>We are seeking a skilled Application Security Specialist to join our Cybersecurity Practice. In this role, you will work closely with our application security, development, and QA teams to secure our clients’ applications across their entire lifecycle. <p>Supervises the contractor personnel activities of all services contracts; Office waiter, Office cleaning, and Laundry services, and ensures that the services are provided effectively in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contracts. Processes in SAP - Purchase Requisitions to procure non-standard furniture items, prepare technical evaluation report for the PRs, provide Materials Departments with clarifications in response to their queries and coordinates with Suppliers for delivery. Raise Release Orders and Service Entry Sheets for materials, Services & Contracts as per the schedule and requests in accordance with the budget availability. Verifies the invoices issued by the contractors for accuracy, time Sheets and supporting statements related to Cleaning, Office Waiters, Laundry service contracts prior to forwarding for approval by the Supervisor. Provides clarifications and justifications if required in case the billed amounts are high on certain occasions. Maintains record of all payments made.
