<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong></p><br>
<p>The Talent & Culture Supervisor is responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of all HR systems, attendance tracking, and payroll processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance with Qatar labor regulations, ensuring timely payroll processing, and delivering a seamless associate experience through data accuracy and process excellence.</p><br>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><br>
<ul><li>Administer and maintain the HRMS (e.g., Oasys) ensuring accurate employee data records at all times </li><li>Manage onboarding and offboarding transactions within the system </li><li>Ensure all employee records (contracts, personal data, compensation, benefits) are updated and compliant </li><li>Generate HR analytics and reports for leadership (headcount, turnover, payroll costs, etc.) </li><li>Coordinate with IT and vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and upgrades</li><li>Oversee and validate biometric attendance records for all associates </li><li>Ensure adherence to the payroll cycle</li><li>Monitor absenteeism, lateness, and overtime trends and escalate discrepancies </li><li>Coordinate with Department Heads to ensure timely submission and approval of attendance records </li><li>Maintain and audit leave records (annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave, etc.) </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor law requirements</li><li>Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances </li><li>Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing </li><li>Review payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively </li><li>Ensure statutory compliance (GOSI, WPS, and other regulatory requirements) </li><li>Manage final settlements, leave encashments, and end-of-service benefits </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all payroll data</li><li>Ensure all HR processes comply with Qatar labor laws and internal policies </li><li>Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records </li><li>Ensure all associates are issued contracts through platforms like Qiwa where applicable </li><li>Monitor adherence to Saudization requirements and payroll compliance thresholds</li></ul>
